I found Dice Fuels a few years ago, and have been exclusively using them ever since, as they seem to have the best prices. Good delivery times too, and excellent customer communication.

When other large providers don’t care and treat you like a number, Dice Fuels can always be relied upon to give you the best price and deliver when they say they will. I thoroughly recommend.

Competitive pricing, reliable delivery from a local independent supplier. We have used Dice a number of times and they are consistently among the cheapest. They are reliable and always text the day before to say they are coming - something that others often don't bother with, so we don't know to unlock the tank. All round good service, highly recommended.

Won’t be using dice fuels again. Had to wait 4 weeks for a heating oil delivery. Which finally arrived today. Having ordered 1000 litres they only delivered 850 litres. There was plenty of room in the tank as we have been running on vapours for 2 weeks. Could have got 1200 litres in there. Would rather pay a bit extra and get a decent service. Shame really as I like to try and support small individual companies and have had quite a few deliveries from them in the past. Have been really let down this time. Won’t be happening again.

Your response is exceptionally callous. You had one side of the story and make grossly disproportionate assumptions.
How do you draw the assumption that there was a vast amount of dog faeces around my property? The oil tank is mere feet into the garden in a very narrow area that gives no visibility into the property area so please tell me how on earth my property was strewn wirh faeces? Its impossible to have made that observation and so you are a liar. There were just two poos near (ish) the tank. Bearing in mind that it was winter and I was indoors looking after my mother who has is in the late stages of parkinsons. But I missed TWO dog poos among all the other things that took priority. We have five children. Two are disabled and one a baby.
You were past the 10 day deadline when delivery was eventually made. Your driver didn't once try to make contact to ask me to clear a path. He simply left us. With no word, low oil while we were in highly stressful circumstances. My husband was NOT abusive. He made no threat, nor raised his voice. Funnily enough during your 'scoping' of the property you failed to note the cctv camera just inside of the gate. I watched the video and again today. If your stepson was upset then I think he needs to find a new job! I can prove this with facts. He was understandably annoyed at your lack of communication, lateness and poor level of service (that we had paid for!)

A disaster. Unlike other other companies, Dice take the money up front then don't deliver within the promised timescales. I called them today and a disinterested young lady just argued with me. Ive waited two weeks and no oil delivery. Same two months ago, so this is how Dice operates. I am about to leave for France and must now leave my oil tank unlocked! - Dice do NOT deliver what they promise

Very good prices and very good customer service. What's not to like? They have occasional very good flash sales of heating oil but otherwise don't hassle you with texts and promotions all the time. Recently had an issue I needed to discuss and found them to be quick and efficient
