Really wonderful selection of exclusive scents. The descriptions on the website are very clear and they offer different options (subscription, buying a full bottle). Really interesting mix of fragrances as well.

I love the Diem fragrances but was super disappointed when they moved to a subscription model. I buy fragrances when I need them, and don’t wear them every day, so would prefer to be able to just buy a bottle and use it. Such a shame as they’re a step above anything else I’ve tried in terms of smell, longevity etc.

I love the concept if this subscription model. Takes the stress out of trying to choose scents by simply answering a few questions and/or reading the well put together descriptions. It's a fun way to try new scents and I look forward to my monthly "gift". The fragrances are long lasting and from my experience so far are all very different. The handbag sized container is also well designed. Love!

I started with the Club Diem kit for £20, came with a case and two samples. Honestly in love with Quiet Riot, but the other two weren’t to my liking as much. Really high quality perfumes for the price, be sure to fill in the discovery test carefully so you get the right scents! Maybe I was a bit too adventurous so my order was a bit of a hit and miss

I’ve been trying them all, and obviously not all were to my taste, but there’s a few scents that have become my go-to smell and I get compliments everytime I wear them.

Additionally the customer service (Charlotte in particular) is amazing - can’t fault it.

Absolutely amazing scents!! I’ve received so many compliments and I love that the perfume sizes are so easy to travel with. Highly recommend!!

I have been a customer of your fragrances and would like to share some concerns regarding your pricing, product performance, packaging, and environmental impact.

Pricing and Product Performance:

While I appreciate the unique scents you've developed, I find the pricing does not align with the product performance. For instance, Diptyque offers a 75ml Eau de Parfum at £160 and a 100ml Eau de Toilette at £135 . In contrast, your 10ml bottles are priced at £20, equating to £200 for 100ml. Additionally, I've noticed that fragrances like "Deep Silence" require reapplication every 1.5 hours, whereas two sprays of Diptyque's "Tam Dao" last throughout the day.​

Packaging and Environmental Impact:

The decision to exclusively offer 10ml bottles raises significant environmental concerns. Consuming 100ml of your fragrance results in discarding ten small bottles, contributing to more waste which our planet already struggles with. The beauty industry already faces challenges with packaging waste, and your current model exacerbates this issue. Offering larger sizes, such as 30ml, 50ml, or 100ml, would reduce waste and appeal to environmentally conscious consumers.​

10ml Bottle Case Quality:

The new case for the 10ml bottles are nothing special and lack durability. After a month of use, it is scratched, and the matte finish is peeling. A more robust design would better serve customers who carry their fragrances on the go.​

I urge you to reconsider your pricing strategy, product offerings, and packaging to enhance customer satisfaction and demonstrate a commitment to environmental sustainability. Addressing these concerns will not only improve your brand's reputation but also contribute positively to the broader community.

I’m a big fan of fragrances and trying new things, so when I came across DIEM I had to check them out.

I love the branding, it's premium yet bold with an edgy feel. I really liked that you could pick the colour case you wanted. It’s really convenient too, I took mine out the other day, just threw it in my pocket, and could freshen up on the go without carrying a full bottle around.

I went with Quiet Riot for my scent, which DIEM recommended through their scent quiz, and it’s a new favourite for sure. When my order arrived, the whole unboxing experience felt premium, thoughtful packaging, cool little mini prints, and just an overall attention to detail that made it feel premium.

I wasn’t crazy about one of the free samples they included, but I love that they give you a chance to try new scents before committing. The second free scent though I really liked and will add that to my next order for sure.

I’d highly recommend giving DIEM a go!

UPDATE: 23 January. Following further emails, my discovery set arrived. I'm really pleased with it and of the 5 in the set, I love 1 and like most of the others. I gave Charlotte some very honest feedback with no vitriol because, at the end of the day, no one wants to deliver a poor service. Obviously some processes have either gone awry and/or their suppliers have let them down. Seemingly both initially for me. She has been honest with me and know they need to make improvements. This is NOT a scam, they are a real company and on Companies House. I received a refund and a discount towards a purchase. For a small
company that's a lot to give away. So I will increase the rating to 4 stars and see how it goes on the next order.

Ordered on 11 January. Heard nothing about dispatch so emailed on 16 January. 5 emails later and today is 21 January, I still don't have my order. I have sent an email today asking to cancel the order and for a refund.

1 star as I actually had a couple of replies but it's one excuse after another. Apparently they're in London using Royal Mail, my delivery address is a film and tv studio just outside Cardiff so hardly a remote address and I've had everything from small local deliveries to internationals, with no problem. Poor service. No excuse. I will hold judgement of whether this is a scam if I get my money back.

Having used the same brand for some time, I wanted to try something new, and explore fragrances I might have otherwise ignored. The discovery set was the perfect way to do so in the comfort of my home, and allowed me to try different scents each day until I picked a new favourite!

Such a gorgeous little parcel and well presented..such a treat. Received in great time and felt very personal. Every little bottle of perfume I genuinely love yet they are all so different. Such a great idea

I received a beautifully made discovery set, including 5 vials customised to my preferences via the short survey they ask during purchase. One of these in particular stood out to me, and is now my go to daily fragrance (Off Piste).

Highly recommended for those that are looking to switch up their default fragrance that's getting tired, with something fresh and new.

They also provide sample packs, and single vials to purchase too, which avoids the dreaded disappointment when buying a full sized bottle.

i love the fact that you get to test different scents (5 x 2ml) and then decide which is best BEFORE ordering a full bottle (try before you buy). Furthermore each bottle lasts 2 days even when used generously meaning there is twice the enjoyment in the trial phase.

I also like the fact that a "scent ID" is created which obviously helps for gifting purposes. I found the scent suggestions pretty accurate and ended up using all those identified as "my scent".

Top this up with premium packaging and a sleek brand design, I feel Diem is leading the way for the future of fragrance.

Gorgeous brand and concept. I love the bespoke service. My favourites are Lunar Bud and Two Halves, always get lots of comments when I wear. Keep up the good work Diem!

Always found it had to pick new perfume, but trying them at home makes it super easy and convenient.
Samples arrived very quickly, well packaged.
