From my first order I was so impressed with the speed, service and quality. Having the luxury of trying different scents at home was a joy, and what I liked most is it challenged me to really rethink what I like. The quality of all scents I was sent was so high, genuinely wasn’t one I dislike. I’ve since bought the gift set too, the presentation and quality of a discovery box makes a perfect present, and gives the recipient the chance to choose their favourite in their own time - removing any risk of me getting it wrong. Will buy from again.

I recently tried Diem Scents and loved the whole experience. The starter kit, which lets you try five different fragrances before choosing your favourite, is such a great idea. After trying them all, I went for Catching Dusk, which has a perfect balance of warm and fresh notes. It’s versatile enough for day or night, and it lasts beautifully without being overpowering. The whole process, from sampling to ordering the full bottle, was smooth, and the eco-friendly focus makes it even better. I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

Diem is such a great idea to explore different scents before choosing my fave. I actually found it hard to choose the one for me. They were very different but all of much higher quality than I am used to at that price.

Really nice buying experience. Beautifully packaged, great scents. Would highly recommend this as a way to find the perfect scent for you.

I love the unique concept of Diem and finding new ways to discover a new scent. Following the scent quiz I was sent 5 samples of which 2 I absolutely loved. Not only were they unique they were also super long lasting and warranted lots of compliments from friends. If you want something less mainstream and love scent, I definitely recommend giving Diem a go 🥰

I saw about Diem on a post by Sheerluxe and bought a bottle of their Lunar Bud fragrance, the scent lasted a long time and I got lots of compliments which is always nice.

They say you can't please all of the people all of the time but for me-and virtually everyone I know-this product sure comes close. The range,quality, packaging, service, price, and- most of all- the wonderful long-lasting scents are fab-u-lous!

I recently purchased this after seeing an influencer rave about the product, I loved the discovery set and ‘self-made’ is my new favourite!! It arrived next day too…..

Gorgeous smells, love the packaging and the personalised nature of it all. So much better than generic ‘high-street’ smells. The aftershave itself is fresh and lasts for a long time. Just a great brand and I’ll definitely be buying more.

I love this brand: the scents always surprise me positively with the smell (obvs!) and how long they last. I've fully converted now to Diem from my Hermes etc. Great work team Diem!

Really fun way to find new scents! The packaging and scents both felt very high quality. Was hard to choose a favourite but ended up ordering a 30ml of Self Made.

Absolutely shocking. They claim to send you personally chosen for you fragrance. The three I received were awful. Nothing at all like anything I would buy from the shops. One was manly……My son and husband turned their noses up. Sorry but this company really isn’t for me.

Love the idea of discovering new scents, and having seen this company all over instagram i thought I'd try the discovery set.
I filled in the survey and included some of my favourite perfumes - I like light, fresh, citrussy and fruity feminine scents.
The perfumes arrived really quickly and were beautifully packaged, and I liked the tester strips and description cards.
However, 3 of the 5 scents are overpowering and masculine, reminding me of old men's aftershave. Those ones stick around even after scrubbing my skin. The other two are nice enough but barely lasted a few hours before the scent had faded.
Again, the idea is great but I'm not convinced of the quality and for the price I think I'll stick with what I know. Won't be repurchasing.

They claim to send personalised scents, but I don't think they do, as three out of five sample scents in my box were unrelated to my favourite scents. I think they have a standard sample set they send to everybody, although it is beautifully packaged. It's not cheap—£40 for 30ml—so I think you'd be better off with the traditional route of trying a scent in a shop and buying from a reputable traditional brand.

Claim to give you a personalised scent trial pack, after you input a few of your favourite fragrances. What I was sent were absolutely horrific. Imagine being sat on a bus full of old ladies, all the conflicting old fashioned perfumes. You get 5, four of them were like that and one was a very masculine scent. Not one of then anything like the scent profiles I told them I liked.
Beautifully packaged garbage.
They have deleted any comment I have made on their socials and only respond to the positive.
UPDATE
Since posting this review I have been contacted by one of the co-founders of Diem who has promised to send me more samples in the hopes that we can find some scents that I like, and also added me to the list to receive their new range next month. Seems genuinely interested in making good on their promise to tailor their product to the customer.

Further samples have been sent out free of charge but all of them are horrible. Have contacted to request closure of my account and no further samples. This company really doesn't have anything to offer.
