I have paid 13€ for nothing, been waiting for any email confirmation as it is stated on their site to check the email/Junk few minutes after the payment but it is already a week and still have not recieve anything… this is a Big Scam and must be put down!🤬🤬

Total scam. Stay away from it. It looks as if it were official but to only pay for info you get from the Bürgeramt.
In small letters you also accept not to have the right to get your money back.
Totally unfair, I find it even criminal and will denounce to consumers protection.

Just a rip off. I announced that i wanted to cancel the contract a day after i mistakenly filled the form on the website, as the website doesnt clearly state what it does. Its just a pdf of instructions and they dont help you with anything at all. And now they ask me to pay for basically nothing

This is a cheating site
This is a cheating site. They have used good keywords to be listed on top than berlin.de where all the information we need is readily available.
They only provide you a PDF with all the instructions. The price is kept to 13€ which is the price also to get Führungszeugnis. Therefore, it is easy to distract the visitor & make them assume that they will get the Führungszeugnis with the order.
I have fallen in their trap. The money is gone for ever.
