DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY - THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY & DON'T DELIVER!
I Paid Oraamo in February to build me a website. OK it was only a small contract but they quickly took my money. From then on it has been excuse after excuse. It's now June and still no site. They do not answer emails and if you phone them you get cut off or very brusque treatment. Even the manager - does not keep his word and cannot be trusted. When he took over my account he told me "it would take a couple of days" to get the site up and running. I waited for 18 and now guess what - they don't answer my mail ! I am now having to resort to legal action to try and get satisfaction. I REPEAT KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Update: within 24 hours of posting this I received an email from the manager - coincidence ??? Anyway he now says it will be sorted! WATCH THIS SPACE!
UPDATE - AS AT 26-07-2013. Still no website. There now appears to be difficulty in obtaining my domain name ? ? ? ? Apparently my site is complete, but until they get access to my domain name they cannot set it up. OK this is - PERHAPS - not all their fault, however the other company releasing it keep doing their part, but because it has "run out of time" further difficulties now apply. I still receive no communication from Oraamo unless I pressure them. I am of the opinion that had they completed the work promptly there would be no problem now. I REPEAT - KEEP WELL CLEAR.
