Apparently Chris, you don't remember our conversation . When I called the person I spoke with said they would contact MBRP regarding my exhaust. At no point in our conversation was a faulty hanger mentioned or was the reason exaust came off. It was the wrong exaust that was sent to me. My complaint was for the fact I never heard back from diesel ops and I had to contact MBRP my self. Your trying to make it sound like Diesel ops helped me with my issue when the fact is when you responded to my post at the end of April 2018 was the FIRST time I have heard from diesel ops since my I called about the issue. MBRP and the fantastic sales department is who deserves the credit especially since they have followed up 3times with me since I called them.
Just wanted to set record straight!

They are very helpful and answer all your questions, no matter how stupid they are. I would highly reccomend them.

Was pleased with the product but not too happy there was no installation instructions to go by for the egr delete portion. Also on the rear EGR cap the brass plug blew out and the customer complained of an exhaust leak. They had no intentions on installing an EGT probe

I enjoy calling and talking to the guys. They always seem like they're having a great time doing their jobs. The parts are always in great condition and arrive quickly. This is the only company I go to when I need anything diesel aftermarket related.

The guys at Diesel ops where very professional. There was a miscommunication on a programmer that was part of a package I ordered . I called and they jumped right on it fixed the problem and overnighted the programmer to me. I was very impressed with the professionalism. Thanks again.

I realize I purchased a kit that DOps puts together and resells so beating that in mind, the

minimaxx is as expected, great and super straightforward as well as quick.

The mbrp exhaust was decent as well. Went together easy and wasn’t damaged to the point where we had to bend it out in too many places but there definitely were a few areas. The insides were also extremely dirty and it was obvious they left all remains from the cuts inside of the pipe. Not necessarily a big deal just lazy on their part. I know they aren’t top of the line so I’m not going to act like it’s anythjng crazy.

The sinister Diesel EGR kit was great and blue plates look super tight under the hood. The re routing hose provided, which is also blue and looks tight, was 1/4” too small in diameter so we had to go and buy another hose. Pretty disappointing.

All in all Diesel ops out together an affordable decent kit so I am impressed and will shop with them again, just being more mindful of the brands I am buying.

Great customer service, always got through when I called! The person who answered the phone was able to quickly and efficiently answer my questions. I just installed the kit I bought from diesel ops this weekend and I couldn't be happier!! The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because I ran into to a problem with the tuner, i had to research by my own accord to find out how to make it compatible with my truck. Otherwise 100%

DieselOps is a 1st class co. I was waiting for a part to be delivered it was taking a little longer to get here but it was not there fault it was ups lost my package and I called them and Chris gave me his Direct number so he could find out what happen and to rush me a new part i needed it was great to talk to someone you could speak English and was a local company and the parts for my F-350 are at a great price and that Chris handle my problem right away thank Chris for all your hard work at DieselOps

I bought the H&S delete kit with 5" exhaust and S&B intake, very good deal for everything and I am happy with it. I did have 1 question during install and the guy was very helpful and friendly. The only thing was it all came in 3 different packages on 3 different days so I had to wait to do my delete but I survived the wait. I would/will absolutely buy from Diesel Ops again!

Shipped well and nothing was missing for the install. Its like buying a whole new truck with the new performance. Would recommend anyone with a diesel that wants to increase MPG and HP go through Diesel Ops. Only downside is they have an allen wrench bolt for the throttle valve delete kit and had a bolt break off when tightening down (probably installer error). I replace all those with 10mm bolt that I pulled off of the existing and was much easier to install and create a good seal on the gasket.

All in all best investment I have made on my truck since buying my truck.

I'm stationed overseas so it's not always easy to get parts for my truck. Dieselops worked with me and made sure I received my stuff with no problem. They are great company and I look forward to ordering more stuff for my truck with them. Thanks for everything.

excellent product installed quick and easy ,flushed my 7.3 masterstroke three times before installing filter and top quality flush ,filter really caught a lot more contaminants after running for 2 hours changed filter it was totally full of slime rust and a sand like grit ,will run filter for about week and re-change filter again
