Haven’t used the online store as I always need the part’s clarified first. Communication via email is fast during working hours and staff have always been very knowledgeable. Anything made by digbits has been very high quality and deliveries have always been fast even for larger items.

Only criticism the the hinge pins are held in with cotta pins that get caught up with tree debris and fall out, otherwise brilliant.

Firstly , as soon as Digbits answer the phone, they have all of our details to hand , no need to explain make and size of excavator , type of hitch we have , hydraulic capacity and they are friendly as well. If we have a "stupid" question they never laugh or talk down to us. We're not all experts but they will patiently explain the answer to our query. Therefore we only deal with Digbits for buckets , rakes , ripper teeth and grabs. We recently had to replace a log grab from another manufacturer purchased before Digbits were recommended to us that failed miserably. Digbits had one of the Peaky Welders ring to listen to our story and to help us get the piece of kit we actually needed. It took a couple of days to manufacture and deliver exactly what we wanted . As recently as yesterday , we have been clearing storm blown trees , loading our logging trailer , clearing our access lane and working with our felling contractor. Without Digbits we would have struggled to get off the farm for essential supplies. That's why we never hesitate to recommend them. Wouldn't dream of going to anyone else.
