Vinyl came with damaged sleeve and I was offered only a 20% refund. The ones who collect vinyls for their collection they can understand what a damaged sleeve means. You can not display it. We live in an era that we can listen to music digitally and buying a vinyl is more than the music (which the quality wasn’t great either. It sounded like they just took the mo3 files and press them on vinyl) Very poor customer service and packaging.
A CEO Who Cares
I had a frustrating experience with a preorder — delays, poor communication, and a refund issued without consent. After escalating the issue I was contacted directly by CEO Alexis Castiel. That intervention changed everything.
Alexis acknowledged the mistake, explained the situation transparently (including that new staff were being trained), and ensured both my vinyl and CD were delivered — even gifting the CD as a gesture of goodwill.
It’s clear he takes real pride in the business and wants customers to have a positive experience. Mistakes happen, especially in growing teams, but when the leadership steps in with integrity and passion, it makes all the difference.
Diggers Factory is a platform worth supporting — not because it’s flawless, but because it’s run by people who genuinely care.
Absolutely horrible service
Absolutely horrible service, I would not recommend working with this company.
Avoid at all costs
Communication is awful.
Zero transparency and full of hidden costs.
They have been hounding us for 2 years since we used them to produce a run of vinyl for costs that were never disclosed up front.
When asked to provide proof of agreement they basically just shrugged and then proceeded to threaten legal action.
Go with someone else to print your vinyl.
Great Customer Support
Unfortunately, I received a damaged vinyl, but I was quickly aided by Asiya from the support team, who sent me a new one and compensation (discount) for the trouble. I must note that when ordering online, receiving a broken vinyl is not rare, given that they are fragile, and some delivery companies/workers don't treat the cargo properly. However, Diggers Factory offers coverage for when issues like these arise. So overall, I can only say thank you to such a professional team for taking care of the matter!

Preordered Ider's latest release
Preordered Ider's latest release. Paid for it. Shortly after its release, I got an email simply stating my order had been cancelled and I'd receieve a refund. No explanation, no apology, just noped. Said to email support if an error, which I've done, and my email is bouncing off some undeliverable emails behind the shared inbox. I've been refunded, but that's a pretty vinyl I now can't get and that's just shoddy service.

Great customer service!
I had such a great experience ordering from Diggers Factory. For some reason the post office was having a hard time delivering to my house, and so my package was unable to be delivered and then returned back to Diggers Factory. I immediately contacted them and got a response shortly after. Henning at Diggers Factory sent me a new vinyl and emailed me to confirm the address and see if I needed anything else. Great customer service, very quick responses. I definitely will be ordering from them again!
Damaged box set and late pre order vinyl
I received a goose at fox theatre box set with the outer box damaged and all the outer sleeves damaged. Their only offer is 20% compensation with no care to actually resolve the issue. The damages are a result from their inability to design packaging that will withstand being shipped.
I also ordered an eggy waiting game pre order from them and received the vinyl about 2 months after their supposed ship date.
Edit: I changed their review from 1 star to 3 stars since they did send out a new goose box set but the new box set doesn't rectify the issues with their actual packaging. The company is clueless on how to actually package records.

Customer service promptly answered my request to be refunded after the wrong item was accidentally charged. I was greeted with friendliness, helpfulness, and efficiency.
Diggers does an awesome job!
I have 4 pressings from Diggers and they all sound amazing. They do everything right from sonic quality to customer service.
Before a vinyl ships they co form with you that your address is shipped correctly and ship everything is well packaged whiplash mailers.
As for customer service I had an issue with a lost package with USPS, they responded the following day and fixed the issue ASAP.

There were delays in my order, but the Customer service was great and answered within 24 hours. Very helpful, will buy their products again.

I had originally mixed part of my address, to which Diggers Factory was able to quickly and correctly help me with the issue and get my package redirected to the correct address. Henning with customer service was great, respectful and fast to respond and fix the issue. Will be coming back for more album releases.
