Ordered a beautiful vinyl preorder and it arrived in appalling condition. As a collector’s item, the vinyl was terribly damaged, as the package arrived half opened. The cardboard shipping was just not robust enough!
A week later and still no response from Diggers Factory. I’ve emailed them twice and also tried contacting them through their online chat service.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Waste of money and poor customer service
They sent my order to a completely different address, so never received anything. I double checked the address I had put down and it was correct.
I contacted them as soon as I received an email to say that the address was wrong. This was 2 weeks ago and they never responded.

I bought the LOTR album performed by Prague Symphony Philharmonic for my boyfriend for Christmas. The album cover was received in poor quality. It was ripped in areas and the corners were white due to wear and tear. I was embarrassed when he opened it. I just couldn't believe the condition for the price I paid. It also was not received in time as stated it would be.

Pre Order that never arrived
I ordered on June for August delivery. I had to reach out September and they said that the order was delayed (can they not inform?) again on October I had to reach out.. On November they email saying the order is on their way and to verify my postal address (a way to buy more time from their end) I just cancelled the order via PayPal as they have failed to give tracking number (it has not been shipped yet) and the PayPal protection was about to expire. I reached out to them and they stopped answering.
They make you order something that will never exist. After PayPal protection is over, you can not claim the money back and in the best of the cases, you must send the money on their website, worst of the cases (and for what I read) theily keep your money.

I agree with the previous speakers. I ordered my album at the beginning of the year 2023. Money gone and no vinyl received until September. Support is no longer responding either. They put you off until the paypal buyer protection expires. Pure rip-off

They have my money, I have no record
I pre-ordered a record in December 2022 as a Christmas present. It said it would be shipped in January, but they changed it to May. I still don't have it. Customer service team are difficult to reach. Some compensation would be nice as I never would have ordered if I knew this would be the case.
UPDATE: It is now November 2023 and I still don't have it.
UPDATE 2: It is now January 2024. Customer service team is unresponsive and my sister cries herself to sleep every night because she still doesn't have her Christmas present from 2022

Pre-ordered an album under the premises of a 'diggersfactory exclusive' and to have it first. We are months later, I saw the album on sale 2 months ago on the artists merch stand and it has been in several webstores since last week. Still no album I ordered... But it's not an exclusive nor do you get it first or early... Hope I still receive it as the track and trace has been marked 'label generated' for 2 weeks but it still hasn't been shipped or in transit...

Over a month since album was due. Still not despatched
Ordered an album and was told it should be delived by the 25th August. At the end of September the item STILL hasn't been shipped or any reason for the month long delay been given. I wouldn't have ordered if I'd known they would take over a month and still not ship the item.
