My Digibit VPN hasn’t worked for several days.
Submitted two ‘support tickets & contacted via live-chat - no response whatsoever despite the fact they promise a response “within a few minutes”
Until recently the service worked very well but clearly they don’t care about customers with technical issues.
Have cancelled my direct debit and will be taking my custom elsewhere!..

After numerous contact with Digibit after being told I’m due a refund - I’m still being ignored after not receiving the the refund 2 months later it’s absolutely disgusting and poor customer service to tell someone they are due a refund and not provide it when it’s my money!!!!

What went wrong??? Absolutely no response to quiries about their non effective service in Cyprus. VPN just does not work anymore. They don't respond to emails/chats. AVOID AVOID!!!!

Appalling service/company. I cancelled VPN in December but in May they are still taking payments. I have attempted to raise tickets without reply or response. Disgusting service.

As other reviews on here their customer service is non existent, nearly 4 weeks since I opened a ticket, snail pace response asking me to try a solution I never heard of without any guidance how to do it, never worked, got exactly word for word response, then escalated high and has been like that for weeks.
Tried the chat screen where it says typically replies in a few minutes, haha, lucky if you get one in a week, then eventually the same response word for word as my still open ticket, surely the responses are not human but bots.....I will end my sub now as there doesn't seem to be a resolution anytime soon.

Had a issue with my vpn in july 2022. Contacted support about the issue so they changed my vpn password without telling me (But old password still worked fine even after the change... Then i find out my account had been breached to someone else using it... customer servive since july have told me change password (didn't help) then towards 3rd week july my sub was cancelled due to the issue (I made mass payment to have a 1yr sub) and since the cancellation they not offered a refund or credit the account and make a new sub... seeing we now on 10th september my support ticket still escalated high.. I've created a 2nd ticket to point they closed the ticket as i have one open!!!! Shocking customer service & I wouldn't recommend digitbit to anyone!!!
Lousy customer service
Been trying to get an issue fixed for weeks, if they reacted any slower they would be going backwards. Cut and paste responses most of the time with days in between replies. Good job i'm not holding my breath.

Well I've been with them for quite a while now and had ver few issues. In the past my issues have been resolved in an ok time frame. Today I've been unable to use their service for over a week now!!! I've raised several tickets that have only been answered after 3 days without a resolution. I've sent numerous email only one reply and exact wording to my ticket. Live chat not even been read!!! Twitter (and that was a last resort as I don't do Twitter!) again standard response with no resolution. Customer support is absolutely diabolical!!! Value of £2.50 is good but not when it doesn't work and you can't get help

I’ve used these for years and have been happy with connections … only problem came when I tried to cancel the subscription, well it says it’s cancelled on my account since December 2021 now my account is 10 pound in credit as they just keep taking the payments I’ve messaged them but got no response I guess my only option is to go through PayPal and see if I can get my money back .

Digibit high quality
Had Digibit only because a provider recommended it and had a discount voucher. Not heared of it before that. Best move I made. What a great protection provider it’s been for me now for a couple of years. And it’s always evolving and improving. Recommend this vpn to everyone

Not great, didn't work with my Mac, as app wouldn't download on google store.
Customer service were no help as only had one reply introducing themselves, and couldn't get a refund even after only half an hour of purchasing.
Really easy to use
Really easy to use, I had to cancel and re-join due to banking issues. Lots of reviews say they couldn't cancel, its in plain text in the client area? Make sure you cancel your recurring payment too, if you set this up. I forgot to cancel it but Digibit gave me a refund so alls good.
