I had a very positive experience with DigiCert support. The process involved some complexity around EV Code Signing validation and order handling, but the support team stayed engaged throughout and ensured the issue was followed up properly.

Great experience with DigiCert's support team. Deicy, Adela, and Rashid Asvat were all incredibly helpful in guiding us through our VMC certification process. Patient, knowledgeable and got everything resolved quickly. Highly recommend.

I came into this process with zero knowledge, but was able to get my developers access to EV code signing within a couple of weeks.

Digicert is terrible for code signing certificate.

I purchased their code signing certificate product for a thousand dollars, after hearing nothing from them for weeks I reached out to their customer service to see if there's anything I can do to get Organization Verification started, they finally started the process and I sent them all the necessary documents for verification.
Then a week later they say they can't verify my organization and they can't tell me why. It's been over a month and there's been no refund for the thousand dollars I paid for them to waste my time. I purchased the same certificate from Sectigo and it arrived within days of purchase and it was cheaper. I could never recomend anyone using digicert.
