Can't explain how happy I am with my digital dash and how well it keeps my 9 year old happy on a journey,first class product

Digidash is a great little bit of kit, works well in my Audi etron and I have used it in the VW T6 Campervan also. Tech support has been great from Jordan and the team.

This device itself is great, works great in MOST areas, though it foesnt quite in others. There are certain apps that wont let you use them(disney plus, google maps, sky plus when selecting a film) . The only reason i give them a 3 star rating is because they wont respond to emails(digidash support) when asking if it needs to be updated or if there is a fix for google maps showing true north etc. i was going to recommend this for my colleagues ( we are taxi drivers) but now ill just say i dont know where it came from. A real pity

Solid product, been using alternative products and honestly I’ve just wasted my time, and always been let down by performance. With digi dash, not only is the performance significantly better but the visuals are high quality too. Genuinely impressed by the product and overall great customer service. Would highly recommend!

Product is brilliant, just as advertised. Customer service is spot on as well, especially jordan who always replies with any questions you have. You wont be disappointed.

Did exactly what it says on the tin, easy installation, good quality, well worth spending the money. 10/10 worth it in my opinion

I had some problems with my digidash device, but I contacted with digidash support and they helped me to update my device and some apps, this solved my problem. I am very happy with my device and with the support team.

Wow! I purchased my Digidash in Oct 2022 after doing a little homework into the product. I'm really glad I did, it's a fantastic piece of kit which opens a whole new world into multimedia. So simple to set up, easy to use and the tech support is second to none. I'm really glad I purchased the Digidash especially as it's just plug in and play, hey I'm not very tech minded and even I found it a doddle to use. I dolid have an issue recently with an app I installed not working but advice from the Tech team sorted my worries out. Thanks everyone at Digidash I'd be happy to endorse your product.

Great company to deal with and a great product. Please don't be swayed by fake negative reviews I am a genuine customer who has had nothing but good experience with both the product and the company.

Didn't connect in my car, didn't work after trying fixes suggested by digidash, so i asked to return it and eventually got the return instructions from Digidash, i sent next day delivery before 1pm, the item has been sitting at their local delivery office at Droylsden and tracking says "we've received a request not to deliver mail to the property today and we will attempt to deliver next working day", this has been the case since 22nd December, Digidash have not replied to my many emails and so i have raised an investigation with Klarna who are trying to contact Digidash too.
Thank god i payed via Klarna otherwise my money would be stuck with Digidash, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, i definitely will NOT recommend Digidash to anyone, sort it out Digidash.

Placed my order and they were very quick to post had within 2 days Excellent had the item just over a week now, install guide is easy to read and set up works perfect on my car Puma st line with no messing was watching films and live TV so easy to set up have also got myself a sim card and its even better no buffering so as you can tell am impressed with the device a little expensive but you pay for quality products many thanks Digi Dash.

After many weeks of research into choosing the right product, I can say the digidash was the best choice. The user interface is perfect. More than enough memory to load all my favourite apps. I use it a lot with my navigation app and I have not had a loss of gps signal. It is a very well built unit. I had a few glitches in the very beginning, some were my own errors, but after an email to the service team at digidash and they had me back up and running in no time. Friendly and awesome service from the them.

Mine stopped working after owning for just over a year. Being outside my warranty period meant no exchange was possible. There is also no product support what so ever after a year, so if yours packs up like mine did then you have a £280 door stop on your hands. Not sure why mine stopped working, just keeps powering on and off constantly for some reason.

Impeccable customer service. The product was quick, efficient and easy to buy and arrived within 1-2 days of purchase.

Would highly recommend Digi Dash, it’s a simple product but highly effective. Compact regarding size so easy to put anywhere in the car, provides me access to all my entertainment needs (highly effective for longer trips), great visuals and it has made my life / driving experience a lot more enjoyable and just in general easier. Everyone needs a Digi Dash device in their car. Will be recommending to all!
