The digi dash is an excellent piece of hardware which unlocked a treasure trove of entertainment in my car, it works perfectly and is an absolute pleasure to have in the car.

I’ve used my Digi dash now for a few years and it’s worked perfectly every time, simply plug it in and connect it to your phones hotspot then sit back and enjoy your Netflix or YouTube while the kids are in after school clubs

The digidash device was very quick and simple to install .
The picture quality and range of entertainment that is available is very impressive. The entire family is entertained! Notably, this has been a game changer for my husband and I as parents to 2 toddlers, it’s been keeping the little ones still and entertained on trips. This device has made driving with my family fun and hassle free

Jordan was quick to respond to my emails (which is rare nowadays) and provided me with answers to my problem. I have no connection to this organisation and would happily recommend both their product and their support team. Thank you.

What a game changer for in car entertainment! It’s been a great addition and one which the kids love to as they’re now able to watch films on those long journeys.

purchased the digi dash earlier this year . great product and works great.
i recently bought a new vehicle and plugged it in and it did not work. i emailed the customer service team who responded immediately and sorted the problem. brilliant item with even better customer support. 100% highly recommended

This device "DIGI DASH" is worth the money... plug & play and that's it!!!

In commercial it says that refund is no problem if product not work. In real life is not the same. Much wasted times too get money back. So sorry can not say i am happy with this store.

Forget all the other cheap versions of this for a little more money it buys you a quality product and that is what this is! 100% recommend and since I have installed it, it has been a game-changer!

I bought this for my VW ID3 for when I have to charge the car when I’m not at home. It worked exactly as described. I can now watch Netflix, YouTube, Amazon prime videos and play games like asphalt 9 while I wait. Simple to set up, just ensure you delete any previous phone connections if you already have wireless CarPlay or Android Auto. If you only have wired CarPlay or Android Auto, this will give you wireless versions of the aforementioned apps. I put a smarty sim in mine so I don’t have to use my phone as hotspot and all worked as expected with no need to add any SIM card settings. On a side note my friend tried my digi dash in his Vauxhall Zafira that has wired CP and AA and I can confirm wireless versions of both worked in their car too.
I wanted Netflix in my car as per my brothers Tesla model 3 and with the digi dash, I got what I wished for. Thanks.

Wow. Fantastic product. I drive a lot and frequently have to wait for long periods in my car. My Digi Dash allows me to catch up on a movie or a series on Netflix or the latest TV news program. Plus there is so much more...Utube, Tiktok Google etc. Great product easy to install and Oh so much fun. Highly recommended.

I purchased the Digi Dash product recently here are some thoughts.
I had read about Digidash type products for a while and decided to take the plunge and buy one.
I chose digidash mainly due to it being a British marketed product, with a dedicated Uk support network.
The buying experience was straight forward and even found a discount code online. All good.
When I received my product I found that it was different to the one on their site, mainly in that the hdmi port was missing. I contacted the company who informed me that the hdmi functionality had been removed.
Whilst reassuring me that the digi dash product was the newer version 4.0 not the 3.0 advertised currently and that the product had been improved with faster speed and the newer android 11 OS.
This was indeed welcome, but as I stated at the time to digi dash support the hdmi functionality was one of the important purchasing points for me. Although the reassuring newer product improvements were welcome. I did point out too that their current website was selling an older product and that it was confusing to the product actually received. Digi dash did reassure me that the site was currently being updated to reflect the newer product.
I received the product and i was very impressed with the build quality, very much in the vane of the Aurora or the Bingo+ it’s a sleek and modern design.
Within the pack it included everything necessary, good quality cables.
On plugging the device in, it set itself up and was into CarPlay and the dash user interface without issue. Its boot up time was quick.
The digi dash user interface is modern with a home screen containing all the most common widgets, navigation, settings and music.
The unit connects through either tethering with a mobile or has a sim tray should you wish to be independent of your phone and use a data sim (4g max speed). This set up common with most similar devices.
The connection speed was good, I had no issues playing either Netflix, itv x or my IPTV provider apps.
Navigation is by touch screen, it has a handy always present (menu) button to take you to other parts of the system, such as the home page. I prefer this to a permanent contact bar to the left or right that reduces the visible screen media area.
Most of the functions worked well, I did have issue with the voice (Siri) car command button that refused to interplay correctly with the digi dash user interface.
I also had issues with calls coming through in that sometimes when pressing the answering button I couldn’t hear the caller at the other end, even though the call duration button was counting down.
To give digi dash their dues, they were helpful in wanting to try resolve my issues, but I had made my mind up at that point to return the unit due to the lack of the advertised hdmi port.
I’m sure they would have done all the could to assist me, if I had given them that chance.
I would also add that the two issues I encountered have since displayed on a totally different box (the Ottocast picasou2) which I purchased as a digi dash replacement in that it had the hdmi out.
So it’s either my vehicle at fault or something I’m doing incorrectly.
I have reached out to Ottocast twice so far and received no response at the time of writing this review (5 aug 23) in contrast digidash responded without delay and kept up a helpful dialogue throughout.
Plus digi dash also have their no quibble warranty which does go a big way to providing confidence when making that purchase. And I can say too that they do mean it, providing me with a hassle free, return.
In conclusion I would have no qualms dealing with this company again. Despite at this time their product not meeting my needs, the product overall was a good one. Much sleeker than the box I purchased to replace it.
I did encounter issues, but as I’ve stated this may not be solely down to the digi dash box. I’m still finding similar issues with its replacement.
What I can state and what does separate this box from the rest is the customer support that backs it up. I’ve tested it, down to the returns policy and it does not leave you wanting. Digi dash do what they say they will do.
The only negative is their website advertising an earlier product, but digi dash are working on resolving this currently. Also as a plus you’re actually getting the updated version 4.0 too, which if hdmi isn’t not important to you, it’s a pleasant surprise.
Overall I will give the company 8/10. In the sea of similar products, it’s digidash (uk) support that sets it apart. Buying confidence is assured.

This company are liars the system is so easy to set up and every time you go to use it it will say can’t connect to hotspot open manually

The box is cheap and tacky and keeps dropping the signal it eats data so so quick you can’t use a SIM card because that bit does not work b

When you get in touch with the company to get a refund your fobbed of with a load of rubbish

Look on line there are much better units out there at a fraction of the cost

Trust me your thank me in avoiding this tin pot company

Love my digidash gives me all the entertainment i need like Netflix,
Iptv, Kodi, Spotify, Web browsing &
it has a micro sd card slot
and a sim card slot for 4g/5g internet
& loads more features as it’s a
Android device.
I take it with me when i go on long journeys as i often travel across Europe well worth it.
The customer service is great also always on hand to help 😎🔥.

Does exactly what it says on the box. No issues what so ever, works perfectly. Fitted in Mercedes C63

Bought this back in April. Had issue with deliver ( not their fault) issue was resolved. Unit is great. After a few weeks using I don’t know how I survived car journeys without it. The unit did have a fault last week however after a couple of emails. Item was returned examined and replacement sent out 2 days later. Can’t recommend enough.
