1-Star Review — DigiFinex Holding My Funds for 30+ Days

My USDT withdrawal on DigiFinex has been stuck in “Processing” for over a month with no TxID ever issued.

Every time I contact support, I receive the same copy-paste responses:

* “Please wait”
* “Your case has been escalated”
* “We are investigating”
* “No exact timeline available”

But after 30+ days, absolutely nothing has changed.

This is not a blockchain delay — the transaction was never even sent to the network. The funds are simply frozen inside the exchange.

What makes the situation even more concerning is that I’ve seen other users and influencers reporting similar withdrawal issues on DigiFinex recently.

At this point, this no longer looks like a temporary technical issue. It raises serious concerns about the platform’s liquidity and ability (or willingness) to process user withdrawals.

I strongly advise people:

* Do NOT keep large funds on DigiFinex
* Be extremely careful depositing there
* Test withdrawals with small amounts first

A crypto exchange should not be able to hold customer funds hostage for an entire month without transparency or resolution.

They haven't paid out any money for almost a month; they've been stringing me and other influencers along with empty promises.
The amount they haven't paid out, without giving any explanation, is $800.

I am writing this to warn the global trading community about the predatory practices of DigiFinex. Our community has been using this platform, but as soon as users started becoming profitable, the exchange began blocking withdrawals and seizing funds.
Currently, they are withholding over $4,600 in legitimate profits from our accounts. Their only excuse is a vague 'Risk Team' violation, yet they have failed to provide a single shred of concrete evidence or trade logs to support their claims.
This is a classic 'B-book' exchange tactic: they are perfectly happy to take your deposits, but the moment you actually make money, they manufacture excuses to avoid paying out. They claimed there was a 'risk' associated with their bonus program, but these profits were generated from the users' own deposited capital. Even more absurdly, the accounts in question had zero losing trades, proving that the bonus wasn't even used to cover losses.
DigiFinex is unprofessional, lacks transparency, and clearly does not want successful traders on their platform. If you value your capital and want to trade where your profits are safe, STAY AWAY FROM DIGIFINEX. They will find any reason to quyt (withhold) your hard-earned money.

Fake exchange. The price will drop significantly (more than 50%) from the lowest price on orderbook when you are selling and it will climb significantly when you are buying. Orders are never filled and the volume shown is totally fake. The prices displayed on order book are totally fake. Also You cant't get back your deposited money. So Stay away from this Scam exchange if you don't want to loose your money.

Fast and reliable seller. Definitely recommend it.

I tried to withdraw money several times, and each time I got the message "The Google Authenticator code is incorrect," even though I always copied and pasted the code and adhered to the time limit. I contacted support several times, but they couldn't help me; sometimes I didn't receive a response.
I contacted support and haven't received a response after over a month. If I want to deactivate the authentication, I have to upload a picture of myself with a written statement that I want to deactivate the authentication. When I try to upload this picture, nothing happens, not even a file verification.

Their fund seems to be doing well, and I made money on D Fund. I'll consider alternative options.

Oh Yes, no KYC can deposit, trade, or withdraw?

I deposited 11 dollars and was supposed to get 10 dollars after deducting the fee but they did not deposit any dollars in my account. After talking to their support they told me that if I deposit more than 10 dollars again then the previous 10 dollars will be added to my account. As per their words I deposited 27 dollars again but they did not add my previous 10 dollars. When I knocked on the agent to talk to support about this they did not respond my message

I downloaded this app from the Apple Store. I made a bunch of trades with this app pretty good so far I wanted to get my money out and now they telling me I have to pay the taxes first that I can get my money out so I paid the taxes and now they telling me I have to pay a channel fee to me. This seem like a big big scam.

I don’t understand why I have to pay taxes before I can complete my withdrawal. Why can’t the taxes be deducted from my profits? It just feels like a scam. Please stay away from this platform! I would give zero stars if I could. Stay away from using this platform. They don’t tell you that you must pay taxes before you can withdraw your money, I deposited more money to pay my taxes then they turn around and say that I am being fined for insider trading and that I needed to pay that in order to get my money. I asked for my deposit back and nothing else and they would not do it. They pretty much stole my money and refusing to return my funds. No profits mind you just the money I deposited they will not return to me. Stay away from this platform at all costs.

all these 5 star reviews are fake and bot generated. if you want to lose your money kindly deposit here in this exchange. they are a scumbag. I deposited 1k and put into the card and after few days my card is not working and they have my funds which I can't even transfer. they are giving excuse with maintenance and I know they will never release my funds. totally fraud

DigiFinex's contract trading is top-notch. It's no wonder it's a favorite among users, especially in Korea.

Thus platform has outdated verification system.no uploading system, nir reasonable camera system.
Support team is another tragedy and crippled heros who neither add nor subtract any information

I did not like their customer support at all. I am complaining to the company about this matter. Their service also needs to be improved. So my experience was not very good with this app.I will ask the developer to develop this app further.There are so many glitches that I would ask the developers to fix. I didn't like you. So now, I would not recommend this app in any way.

This company uses a terrible KYC partner that declines KYC applications without any reason and doesn't explain why they were rejected. Imagine having a balance, and the company requires KYC, but it won’t be approved because of their unreliable KYC partner. You only get one chance to submit your KYC.
