Total scam! Digifinex, through H5.digitslserge.vom will not release my funds. I made an attempt to withdraw funds two days ago and it still failed. I got a message from their "customer service" saying "the system detects that your order has passed some time and there is suspicion of brushing (whatever that means) and your account is being reviewed and tested." Tested for what?

DigiFinex exchange is very user-friendly for new users, with a clear and straightforward display of its features. In case of any issues, helpful tutorials can be found in the help center. Overall, it provides a great trading experience.

Good Chinese webpage/mobile app, clear and easy to understand. I had no problem depositing/withdrawing funds from them. Don't know what happened to the other guys.

Not the most intuitive user interface, but definitely a good alternative to diversify your CEX holdings in smaller CEX other than Binance or Kraken!

Deposited BTC in their exchange over 5 days ago. They won't let me access it. They keep saying it needs a manual review for my security. No other exchange in the world takes more than 5 days to process a BTC deposit. At this point, I think they basically are stealing my money. Stay away from this scammy exchange.

They take you out the crypto,they modify the value of crypto haw they want... don t use this exchange. Is not the first time when they modify the amount of my crypto. Is a shiet exchange don t use this

I'll give perfect score 10/10 for being the scummiest exchanger, 100% SCAM, 100% Scummy admin n service. Money Deposited never arrived, correct address but still not received.

They have a lot of order books with depth liquidity, but when you try to sell or buy the liquidity just vanishes and you aren't executed.

Terrible and misleading exchange. They fail to disclose the fact that the require KYC "due to a security upgrade" which forces you to change google authentication codes. That process forces you to sign a handwritten note and upload a pic of your ID. This is not disclosed anywhere, before the process. After completing that you need to wait for atleast 24 hours before doing your withdrawal and most likely even more. Avoid this crap exchange, as there are more honest and better exchanges.

After the delisting of my cryptocurrencies I found the deposits at ZERO, the crypto disappeared, I have been waiting for two months for answers from the help center and from the email support. In chat they replied that the delisting had been published on telegram and on the site's faq (there are thousands of messages according to them I am watching telegram all day.....) I was expecting a notification on my dashboard or on my personal email .... i want my funds back to move in other place!!!!!!!
