Top service delivery

The software sold to me was a student…

The software sold to me was a student license and not fully working as advertised. It was used with a personal email adress and not a compamy email. It was intended for private use. Not all of the software features were available as advertised. When I enquired about this, it could not be rectified. Yes I was refunded, but I would warn people to be careful.

We’re disappointed to receive this 1-star review, particularly as we provided a full refund once it became clear the product was not suitable for your specific requirements.

Our product listing clearly states that the license is intended for personal use only and must be activated using a personal email address. It also includes a licensing disclaimer explaining that it is not intended for commercial, corporate, government, or production environments.

The issue raised relates to a Fusion feature that is only available with a commercial license. The personal-use license is subject to Autodesk’s own licensing restrictions, which are outside of our control. The software functions as intended within the scope of the personal-use license, and the overwhelming majority of our customers use it successfully for exactly that purpose.

A commercial Autodesk Fusion subscription costs significantly more than the R2,499 paid for this personal-use license, so it is not reasonable to expect commercial-only functionality from a personal-use product.

When you contacted us, we investigated the issue, explained the licensing limitation, and, despite the product being supplied as advertised, we issued you a full refund in the interests of good customer service.

We always encourage customers to contact us before leaving a review, as we’re committed to finding a fair resolution whenever possible. While we respect your right to share your experience, we believe a 1-star review does not accurately reflect the product supplied, the information provided in the listing, or the support and refund you received.

Adobe Photoshop 2026 Mac Version issues

I saw Adobe Photoshop 2026 advertised for Mac and Windows. Because I have a Mac I went ahead and purchased. I then received confirmation of my purchase and proceded to download the installer. After downloading I saw they had given me a link to the Windows version, not the Mac version. I queried this and they said that the Mac version had run into issues with the latest updates and they offered to refund me.
Their communication was appreciated, but I thought that they should not have advertised the Mac version if there were issues.
I have an older Mac with another partition which has Windows 10 installed and had to settle to install the Mac version there.

As soon as we became aware of the issue, we immediately stopped recommending the Mac version, informed affected customers, and offered full refunds to anyone who preferred not to proceed.

We're glad our team was able to communicate with you promptly and provide an alternative solution that allowed you to continue using the software on your Windows partition.

We do understand your point regarding the listing, and we've since updated our processes to prevent similar situations while compatibility issues are being resolved.

We did communicate with you previously over email regarding this matter. At the time, you had immediate access to the software after purchase.

The software is clearly advertised and stated as being compatible with Windows only. Unfortunately, the purchase was made for use on a Mac device.

As advised in our previous email correspondence, the software is not compatible with macOS, as specified on the advertisement and product listing.
