For all brewers out there the Triton T3-400 Tough Pocket Scale 400g x .0.01g scales... brill for the chemicals to be weighed if your using RO Water
A must have if you want your brew to be good all the time
These scales have a nice strong surround with rubber feet The lid comes off for ease of use.
This company gets five stars from me because they deliver and serve great products
They delivered to me in a day and packaging was good. I will defo use this company again ....first time buyer

scale not being in stock
I purchased a scale from the website that stated it was in stock, I purchased the scale and was then told that the scale was not in stock and that it would not be for at least 2 more weeks

Good customer service
There was an issue with the delivery of my order but fair play to them, they got in touch, refunded the delivery fee and seemed to genuinely care and make effort to fix it. Things will always go wrong sometimes, that’s just the way the world works, but it’s real mark of good customer service and good business practice when a company cares and actually does something about it.
