I purchased a Windows Pro 11 Key and it did not work, I reached out the customer service and Israt provided me with a new key!!

Purchased a key that for some reason wouldn't work but Israt was very quick to straighten out the issue.

Actual Customer Service!? I used a key that was purchased here, as I have over a dozen times on different PC builds. However this time it said "this key is in use on a different machine". I went to reach out to customer service, and was directed to the Chat tool on the page... sigh... fine.

BOY WAS I WRONG! Israt asked for a screenshot showing the relevant information, and a MINUTE after sending it, they gave me a new key that worked perfectly.

Can't say I'll ever shop anywhere else for my cheap keys :D!

Purchased a key from Digital Chillmart and received it within one minute via email. I had purchased the incorrect key (my fault; I purchased a key for the incorrect version of Windows 11), and Saikat with customer service helped me exchange my key with another that was for my correct Windows 11 version.

My first key had issues. Online support with ISRAT was very helpful and replaced the key right away.

The Windows 11 Pro Retail key that I purchased was invalid but I used the chat on the website to request a new one. I showed a screenshot of the failed activation and Israt gave me a new key right away and verified that it worked before ending the chat. It was a great experience and took less than 4 minutes to resolve my issue.

Smooth and easy website to navigate to find that final piece necessary to finish up your PC build (or upgrade)! My partner and I had JUST finished building our first new PC a day ago and then came the griddy nuanced steps of setting up the actual PC - bios, drivers, the works! All we needed was a key and had been given this website by word-of-mouth. Unfortunately we had issues with our key, but chat customer support was immediate, and extremely helpful. Thank you Lamia!!
