Good experience, and quick response. I purchased Win11 Pro. At first I didn't get a key, but chatting with a live rep was quick and I got my key. Tried it. Didn't work (said it was already used). Went back to the chat, sent them a couple of screenshots, and they immediately sent me a replacement key that did work.

Purchased Win11 Pro for cheap through the website. The code I got through the E-Mail came pretty much instantly, but it didn't work. Based on the error code, it was probably already used. Contacted Support through their website chat, and after about 30 minutes of no response I left the chat, but got an E-Mail after about 45 minutes saying someone responded to the chat. Going back to the website the chat came up to where we left off with an agent response from Israt. She asked for a screenshot of the error, and I sent that to her. She pretty much instantly gave me a new key that worked perfectly and activated successfully. Was pretty happy, even though it took a little while to get a working key, it was still very cheap and the support was extremely helpful and quick to resolve the issue once they were able to respond.

I got recommended this site from a Reddit post (googled "Windows 11 key" and was the first reddit post I saw). I was given a key that was already used. After a few hours of waiting, I got a key that worked.
