i have dealt with DDS for many years and found there service to be second to none, from ordering the items to helping with the final set up they are always on the end of the phone and resolve any issues without a fuss.

I cannot fault the service the company provided, I had several problems with my existing system, not with the products they supplied. They managed to talk me through various possible faults, which I investigated and my system is now up and working properly

Very helpful customer service chaps
The lovely chap we spoke to on the phone asking for advice was as helpful as he could be, but we wished we'd realised before purchasing an whole new recording unit that all we needed was a new power pack.
Still, we are very pleased with our investment and know that if ever we need assistance again, we can always call DDS for advice

I have used this company before and the products and service were excellent then and my upgrade of my CCTV system this time has replicated the excellent performance I had before. From good pre sales advice as regars the ,most effective products for my needs to support when I had some installation issues which were quickly resolved.
