Very helpful and supportive. Jordan helped me set up my payment plan with no messing about. Some companies try and bully you into making payments higher than you can afford but Jordan accepted my offer and double checked it was affordable, Very pleasant to deal with and took the stress out of the situation leaving me happy to deal with them as time goes on.

Money was not owed this was so Emery’s issue they failed to give me up to date costing as agreed payment was made by direct debit

I was chased for a non existent sky debt. Nothing was done to resolve it. I had no choice but to pay it because the consequences of not were worse than if I paid it. The debt was not mine - I had been scammed, sky said it had been resolved but clearly nothing had been done at Sky and at no point has anything been done to help me by DRA.

So I am reading the reviews and it looks like they are seriously doxing people. To me they sound low key creepy. This page doesn't have people's email. So them knowing who is commenting is weird to me.

Had an outstanding debt with this company found it hard to make the payments I was struggling single mum and they understood they listened they communicated and now I don’t have to worry !

If you are not willing to expose your personal details, good luck dealing with them. Got a SMS saying that I have some debt. As far as I know I don't have any debt to anyone. So I emailed them to confirm weather its my debt or not, their email and WhatsApp support teams proved to be completely useless. After more than a weak of no results and frustration, I had no choice but to expose my personal details on their website just to find out that I have nothing to do with the debt.

Your client gave you the wrong information, and I was not the person you were meant to contact.
What about protecting the personal details of those who you contacted wrongfully. I did not wish to share any of my information with you, you refused to provide any evidence that the debt had anything to do with me. I was left with no choice but to enter my personal details in to your website. During which there was an issue, I had to contact you via your website support and provide my personal details again, just to find out that this has nothing to do with me.
Also, I did not make any comment about no response after a weak in the review. What I actually said was "After more than a weak of no results and frustration", no results as in the conversation did not provide any evidence that the debt was mine. But now that you mentioned it, the person I was in contact with via email simply stopped replying. So after waiting for 4 or 5 work days, I contacted you through WhatsApp.
