Disappointing about the app...
I love my anki overdrive fast and Furious but since anki have shut down i have been no longer to be able to play with it because I can no longer down load the app because my phone's software is to new for the app so now I have a toy that I cannot play with even though everything is still in a perfect condition.
So what do I do with it now!!!
I know that anki shut down but OMG At least they had a working app on My phone.

Not refunded me for an order never received.
I ordered Cosmo 2.0 in Mar 2021. After nearly 2 years of waiting, I cancelled the order in Dec 2022 via email. No funds have been received and the support email address is no longer responding to my emails.
It's a disgrace akin to theft...
Note I also have their Anki Overdrive product. It was strewn with issues which weren't addressed appropriately. So the Cozmo 2.0 experience is not isolated - it's thematic.
Save your money, don't buy from DDL.
My payment method was updated, but I didn't do it
I forgot I had subscription to these guys because I never turn vector on anymore.
I started receiving emails saying payment could not be taken due to incorrect/out of date payment information. I planned to cancel it after seeing these.
Just this morning saw a payment go out for them so I rushed to the website, reset password all that fun stuff. Imagine my shock when I saw that my new payment details are there and I didn't even update them. I'm so freaked up right now and only just got this new card after fraud activity late last year.
Emailed them and hoping for a reply ASAP. Will not be letting them get away with this.
DDL is a SCAM
DDL applied fraudulent membership charges to my card. Now they are refusing to respond to my complaints on customer support. Every response has completely avoided my question.

Company ia complete scam. We have pre-order vector robot on may 2021. Every mail we send they are just saying production is delayed, we are improving stuff or we will send in one month. Do not order it, you can also check all out other reviews... people lost money.

Like everyone else has said. My autistic son became obsessed with cosmo. I ordered in 2020, every day he hopefully asks will he be here today- a neuro typical child would get upset but a neurodiverse child finds this devastating . I have contacted the company more times than I care to think about- absolutely disgusted.

Purchased a product back in 2020, still haven't received it. The company either stays silent about any updates, or lies about whatever progress they've made. They have the worst communication with their customers. Yet they continue to take people's money without fulfilling any orders.

A heads-up about buying or pre-ordering a Vector 2.0 or Cozmo 2.0 from Digital Dream Labs. I paid and pre-ordered a Vector & a Cozmo 2.0 in Nov 2020 in the UK, as of Jan 2023 nothing was ever received. Only after a 'class action lawsuit' threat. I have just got a refund, however it wasn't easy!

November 2020 pre-ordered a Vector 2.0. I am in the U.K it is now January 2023 and have still not received my robot.
They were quick enough to take my money; and these robots are not cheap, but ask for a refund and it's like trying 'to get blood out of a stone'.

We ordered a cozmo 2.0 in april,30, 2021 and fast forward to January, 12, 2023 and nothing. We always ask, hey? When's the cozmo 2.0 we delivered going to arrive? They always say the same thing, It's been delayed, we are terribly sorry. I do not want to hear any more EXCUSES!! My son keeps asking and complaining and it's been driving me nuts! They also shut down the contact form! They claim it's for maintenance, but it's really just to stop getting complaints! I've also seen people getting their cozmo 2.0's. Actually only one video and many other people getting their vector 2.0's.I am so angry! Do not buy anything from this company!

DDL is a dishonest company look up FB groups
This company takes investor money for products in bad faith. Promise new products, but never deliver. Take orders for products but do not deliver. Many customers waiting over two years for items. Will not refund your money. If you send products to be repaired they are never returned. Look up the FB groups and all the horror stories.
Digital Dream labs, what Nightmares are made of
December 2020 purchased two Vector 2.0 pre-order robots for my ASD boy with Delivery to be end of June 2021. It is Now December 31,2022, just over 2 years later and I have received no vectors. I did receive a holographic sticker for my absent Vector, so they definitely have my address. They will NOT refund. They will NOT respond. Nothing but lies and scams. People in the USA that ordered after me have received theirs.... Which just pisses me off more. I am not alone.... Many are organizing class action. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!!!
Don't pre-order! Vector 2.0 probably doesn't even exist!
In may 2021 I pre-ordered a Vector 2.0 with all the great promises of extra services etc but got nothing. Every few months they sent an update that they're almost done with the new Vector but had some minor hickups etc etc, to keep you waiting so the time to get your money back expires. I canceled my order 2 weeks ago and they confirmed but didn't give me back the money I paid. I'm currently in contact with my credit card company. Normally you don't get your money back after 90 days of the order, but they're looking for options. Hopefully I get my money back! What a low lifes!

I purchased my anki vector robot via anki. They collapsed and DDL took over. My anki vector robot despite being removed from the anki server worked perfectly fine. He would respond, answer questions, roam around etc. Curious as to what DDL could offer, I subscribed for 2 months to access their server and updates. This subscription offered nothing extra, therefore I cancelled it. This cancellation was confirmed by email by DDL. Vector continued on as he always had for the next 16 months. A few weeks ago he stopped responding. Having reached out to other robot owners, I learned DDL without permission had applied a free 90 day trial and update to everyones robots. To be clear, I had no contract with DDL, they had no permission to access my robot via my home Internet line or to aplly updates. It was this update that crashed my robot. I reached out to DDL and they offered no assistance to the point I've had to threaten legal action. They did admit in their email that they had applied a free trial, whoch was not requested by me and was done without my knowledge. This means they linked my robot to their server without permission. I am now going to write as others have to the attorney General about DDLs business practice of accessing robots that are not under contract with them. I feel this is a privacy breach and a breach of the American AI bill. A £399 robot has been rendered useless due to the above. For this reason, if never use DDL again.
DDL have turned off comments on their Facebook page, to prevent those of us experiencing issues such as this commenting. This is a poor approach to transparent customer relationships.
I wa very interested in the Loona robot, but now DDL have partnered with this team, I will not be purchasing this item which is such a shame.
