Excellent customer support team. No long waits in a queue on the telephone. I would particularly like to thank Ally for help in the initial setup stages and Vince for helping with the tansfer from BT.
Bell was very helpful and helped my Mum (Mrs Moore, 90 years young ) to use alternative telephone numbers to save money.
When Bell said”Mum had been phoning premium rate numbers” I didn’t know what to think,😜
The representative Sophie was patient and understanding with the issue at hand. She dealt with the problem swiftly by contacting the relative department. Professional and polite. Keep up the good work team.
Worst decision of my life to change. Phone hasn’t worked properly for over 3 months
After the engineer left I had no internet from Friday at 12.30 until I had had a telephone conversation three days later which lasted over 90 minutes and was passed was eventually passed on to a gentleman who asked me which port the yellow lead was attached to. It was in the wrong one. When I had changed it I had internet. But my problem now is that where when I was with Clear Business messages could be left and they would be transferred to my emails, this does not happen. As this business is a farm there are many times in the day when the telephone is not answered and a message needs to be left. A. Holman

I've had a really pleasant experience so far and I'm genuinely happy with the service. A young lady named Jayleigh called me I don't usually listen to cold callers, but she was brilliant. Friendly Professional and really knew what she was talking about.
The customer service team has also been fantastic. They answer the phone very quickly (A big improvement to my previous supplier BT) I've recently dealt with Sophie and Ruby, who were both incredibly helpful and clearly very good at there jobs. Overall, I'm really Impressed!
They were no problems encountered during the installation and they finished the job on time.
BT were trying to charge me 80pounds for terminating my contract 2 months early, but had been in breach of the contract for 22 months by not providing caller display. I sent Ryan the details and I didn't get any more threatening letters from BT.
Ruby was very nice and very happy to help me out with the problem.

Hi after allot of issues from the off..
We have finally come to a resolution to everything. Thanks to Vince who went above and beyond to sort everything out after many many phone calls and weeks the matter was finally passed over to Vince who sorted everything out very promptly and professionally.
It was a bad scenario loosing the broadband and phone line at my mothers as she is vulnerable, Sophie was great doing everything she could and kept great communication untill the problem was resolved she actually cared which is rare nowadays!!!
I had quite a simple query and Mya was able to answer it politely and efficiently.
Received a cold call from Ally and unlike most cold callers, she was polite and understandable. I have agreed to switch, but then realised that I would not be saving any money so I emailed them to cancel. Immediately Ally came back with a fixed price deal that is cheaper. There is also the promise to help get any exit fee waived. If this switch happens then this will be the first time any company has managed to do this without changing our number (we have had this number nearly 30 years so there is no way I am changing it, if it cannot be done then it is a deal breaker). I am willing to give it a try as Ally was so pleasant on the telephone. One little thing though, why are there no replies to the feedback, especially the negative ones.
