Ruby gave a 5* customer service and has been the best customer service agent I’ve dealt with. So helpful and informative.
I was having a few hiccups during the changeover of providers but my account manager, Chloe, has been very pleasant during our telephone conversations and has clearly explained the processes involved and easily resolved any queries that I had.
Sophie was very helpful, and helped my elderly Aunt in getting her phone line set back up after a little confusion.
We had a query on our bill, spoke to a young lady called Ruby who was very friendly, helpful and professional. She looked into the issue for us and it was sorted within a few minutes. Very happy with the service she provided today.
Belle was helpful throughout the process so that the fault was sorted very quickly which meant that my mother was able to use her landline phone

Chloe exceptionally very professional at here job send all relevant information for my new contract . Very easy to fill out as all information was already on . All I had to do bank details and sign .Forwarded contract and got courtesy call back saying everything was completed . Which was much appreciated . Exellent communication and very polite .

I have been waiting for three weeks for a router. I was told firstly that you left the old router from a previous provider, and then I was told that I could buy the old router from my previous provider for about 50 pounds. Obviously both answers were nonsense and EE demanded the return of their property. In the circumstances I must ask you to relieve me from any contract I may have with you.

Have spoken to both Mya and Ally today. I found them to be very polite, friendly and helpful. They dealt with account closure professionally and efficiently.
Dave was great! Having made numerous calls in the last couple of months, it was finally really good to be talking with someone who, not only was polite and courteous, but clearly listened, explained well and did exactly what he said he was going to do! The previous encounters were not good and not resolved, but Dave is exactly what every organisation needs! Great people skills and clearly knowledgeable in his field.

It is really too early for me to review this company. I have been asking them for months to do something and so far no joy. Last time I got in touch they promised me they would sort my problem out. If they do I will be able to give them a higher rating but they have promised me before. Therefore I will have to wait and see.
After suffering a disconnection of our phoneline I was very agitated. After several calls I got hold of Ruby. By the next day the problem was resolved and our line was up and working, thanks to Ruby.
They sort my cancellation fee and I was very satisfied with the service.
