Purchased Adobe Premiere Pro but unable to download the software, tried to contact them via email several times but no reply, tried calling them on the tel number, answer machine twice but no call back, finally I used their Chat Line, they suggested I follow the videos and photograph sent in the main email but this only referred to the software after the download was completed but the .dmg file would not download and as soon as it was complete just dropped out and started downloading from the start again. Looks like I have thrown my money away.

Will not load. Antivirus locked up this program as a danger to my computer. I’ve tried to contact the company, but the phone numbers are bogus! Unable to make contact at every level. How do you spell SCAM.

Program was flaky and unstable.
The installation process went well. But the Acrobat PDF program was flaky and unstable. After 3 times to fully uninstall and reinstall the program, I gave up.
