good
product (alcohol tester) requires re-calibration every 2 years (which was not mentioned in product description) and shipped product obviously was on stock for about a year so that the next calibration was due within half of the expected life time. i decided to return product. return procedure and reimbursement of money was no problem. despite the described issue with the product itself, everything else was a pleasant experience (fast shipment, simple return procedure).

I received exactly the camera bag that I ordered online, for a better price than a massive online seller. I received it sooner than indicated on their website. I could track the parcel and got an SMS telling me when it was going to be delivered.

I will give a zero if possible. These guys sold me a bad product - Dell Laptop and their only intention was to con me out of my money. Not a good experience at all. Initial product bought was not what was advertised. I complained ..product was replaced with a product that was just as bad..not returning to this store ever and will actively dissuade anyone I know from going there. I could go on but.....i am sure there is a character limit
