I put in a request to change broadbands on switcher.ie and a few hours later a lovely sales woman called Gillian was so sweet and patient with me and so helpful and she helped me find the information she needed to help push my broadband transfer to be more smoothly and 3 days later i received my new router and bill payment card for an post and she was so sweet when i got confused about how my bill would work she replied to my concern when i contacted their whatsapp team ♾️ rating Thanks Gillian

There are lots of broadband companies in Ireland selling very similar levels of speeds and prices, so the real qualifier for me becomes great customer service. Digiweb is a guaranteed Irish company and there was no long wait or annoying hold music.
I definitely got great advice and customer service from Adam who took my query, explained my options and did it with a great easy manner. No upsell or pressure selling, just a solid company. The equipment looks quality too, with a wifi 6 modem, and no connection fee, which was very welcome.
Easily the easiest sign up for broadband I've done yet. In a time where it's really hard to talk to an actual person, it's great to find a company that can take a call. Fair play to Adam and Digiweb. Happy to recommend them.

Maurice from the sales team contacted me unprompted via email with a deal to keep my contract pricing the same for another year. It made my day to not have to worry about another bill increase (especially in today’s climate). When I followed up with Maurice to go ahead with the deal I got through to him right away and everything was handled promptly. I have never had such positive interactions from any prior ISP and would definitely recommend Digiweb to someone based on the positive interactions I’ve had with them this past year.

Great service. Gillian knew exactly what she was talking about and answered all my questions . Slight hiccup in that my account went active today but my modem won't arrive until tomorrow so I am without internet. Not ideal when you work frim home.
