I had a terrible experience with digizani. They have terrible customer service; it took 4 days for someone to message me about problems I was having receiving my purchased product. It turns out that the service I requested was not available... But it's still available for purchase on their website. Why would you sell something that is not available? I've waited 10 days for a refund and have yet to receive a response. I WANT A REFUND!
