You guys are f ucking scammers. You guys say that you send emails and try to contact us to help us but you don't. Instead yall are probably f ucking virgins that jerk off to gay porn. And the discord is a fu cking joke, they don't do $hit there.

This website is a scam. I have been waiting for over 7+ months, 200$ and my gta order is still on hold, DONT TRUST THEM. I have tried contacting them but they banned me from the discord and the person who was supplying me asked for order id and then vanished, please don't buy from them,

Digizani is an excellent money service. I used them in the past for GTA Online for money, and Ranked this time around, I bought the dream package, which affords 500 million and rank 500, and I'm thoroughly satisfied with this. I'll add I waited a bit longer than I expected, but it was well worth it, so I highly recommend anyone uses digizani for their services; you won't be disappointed

Again another great experience with them. Ths time around was expecting a longer wait time as it did say pre order for account but really didn't expect only a few hours I think maybe 4 max not sure when I placed order this morning. But really happy for the delivery looking forward to my next purchase soon.

You what, I had it. First I had a difficult time trying to order because their payment methods didn't work for my bank card so I used my paypal card to see if the payment would process. The payment worked after several hours of failing to make the payment. When I filled out the information I used a PO address as my shipping address because it's my shipping address and I have no mailbox at my current address. If I did received mail it would be sat on the front door which can't allow. After Digizani received the payment they sent me an email requesting documents such as utility bills, bank statements as well as an ID that matches the address that's on file from the details that were entered on the site before the order. I tried to contact them on their social media links but they active on there since some of the pages couldn't be found or "error". I was only able to join their discord page for support. I tried several times to reach out to people regarding order #331333. It took a couple of days just for one of them to respond. She explained that I was flagged most likely for using a PO address on the detail page of the order. She offered to refund me if I wanted. I replied saying that I would like to have the refund but she never replied. Eventually as weeks went by someone in the chat area told me to DM them so I did. I still did not receive any response for days after so until I posted a comment in the general chat about them probably cracking bottles in Dubai someplace. So eventually @ManifestingMask asked me if I completed the "requested ID check". He said that the order was marked as fraudulent. I tried to explained that the only thing I remember was using my PO address as the shipping address because it's my shipping address as well as my billing address. He asked me if the Po address was a random address. He said if it was then he would have to process my refund which he hasn't verified as of yet. He asked me to send him the documents that I had so I took pictures and uploaded them in the private chat. He then asked me if I could upload the documents through the website which I've tried several times before we even communicated with each other the private chat. So I tried again hoping that it would work and none of my documents as before were able to upload through the portal. He asked me what file was I'm trying to upload then tells me that if I'm trying to do something outside of a PDF, JPG or PNG then it won't work. I told him that all of them are JPG files and told him that I would appreciate a refund for the order if the service won't be done. Then he says "No one else is having issues with the upload, I can do it for you if you like? Your frustration is not needed at all, the reasoning for the delay is actually you in this instance with not uploading the ID correctly, that or a refund, either is fine 🙂". Due to his customer service skills and his tone through the chat I replied that I wanted a refund. He then says "Awesome! let me know the cardholder name and I shall issue this for you, refunds take 6-7 working day. Please never use the site again after this". His is attitude was off the charts, perpetrating like he's protection against fraudulent activities when his business models flags people after receiving a payment of $144 dollars. At this point It's been over two weeks of trying to get them to simply resolve this or refund me for my purchase. His attitude turned me off to an extent that receiving the service wouldn't alleviate it. It's been 8 working days now and I still haven't received a refund for an order that I placed on June 5, 2022. I've been waiting for a refund since June 20th and today is June 30th. If I continue to see no refund, no response regarding my refund, no confirmation or anything indicating that my refund is on the way then I will pursue legal actions because I did not receive the service for my order, have a nice life.

I bought gta money through digizani but after a month I had nothing, I still don't have my gta money, and suddenly I can't get into my digizani account anymore. I have a proof e-mail and the statement from the bank so if you can help me it will be nice to you personally, then I can change the review to a 5-star review
