Great experience buying from Diligence. They actively communicated with me to accommodate my requests and provided options as well. The next day after ordering, I was already able to pick up my watch from their partner story, Symphony by Prestige in Ayala Manila Bay - the store was very accommodating as well - they even adjusted the bracelet for free.
