order cancelled, no reason given

Bought shoes online, paid via paypal, £12 for delivery!!! not even next day delivery.
almost a week went by, no dispatch notice, then suddenly get an auto generated email saying my order has been refunded but no reason given (I'm guessing they weren't actually in stock or something). i emailed them just to enquire as to why it was cancelled, no reply. appalling service. they did refund my whole transaction including postage so that's something but at least give a reason come on guys!

Bad all the way

Appalling. Bought trainers. Paid extra for next day delivery. All paid by PayPal. Next day-no order, no message. Contacted company by email to enquire. Then received a partial refund-again with no message. Complained. Then received message saying sold before could send. Then stated that refund was partial because “PayPal will reimburse fees”. Replied that fees are charged to seller, not buyer. Did not reply. Have had to open case in PayPal to get back this money.
