When I ordered EASY ARMCHAIR I thought it is quite expensive, but when I receive it I realize that price is worth and quality has no limits.

The furniture from this company was excellent and really the ordering process is very easy. I'm very pleased with the product, they have good quality and it's really something I didn't expect. I also got the furniture for my house and still made purchases that I didn't necessarily need. I am very pleased.

Unique designs , good price to quality ratio !

I ordered a Pierre Jeanneret kangaroo chair and paid £1,780.00 a £201.00 delivery fee back in early October. I was given a timing of 2-5 weeks to receive my chair in the UK which was supposedly made by hand and on order.

As at 23/01/2023 I finally received my chair which looks really good, but it took way longer than initially communicated and I have been very frustrated with the lack of communication from the start to let me know that whilst the chair was ready to sent it was stuck with dispatcher.

The company has had a lot of issues with Covid and whilst I can understand that, I thought I was getting scammed and had to go through Amex to get my money back to receive a proper explanation.

So quality of the chair: 5/5, quality of the communication and customer service: 1/5

The designs from Pierre J. is always lovely i like the chair dimo designs of 1950s. they are really classic, beautiful, durable and reasonable too. i personally use these chairs and recommend all those searching for something classy and comfortable.
