Ding ding ding is a good casino, I play on a lot of these and I don’t really buy tokens or coins I just use the free ones they give out, now this one gives a really good sc reward and they give one of the bigger amounts to daily so you should really check them out if your into online casinos the games are fresh and fun too.

I thought this casino was great even won $1000 and cashed it out. Shortly after making my next deposit for $100 and playing a few slots, THEY SHUT DOWN! They claim it was due to the ever-changing laws surrounding sweepstakes casinos but I definitely call some major b.s. because if the laws surrounding sweepstakes casinos really changed then they would be shut down not just dingdingding. Also they should have at the very least refunded players money before changing over. I personally will be getting a lawyer and hopefully starting a class action against them. Sweepstakes casinos like Crown Coin Casino are being wrongfully sued. Meanwhile a place like ding ding ding literally steals their players money and continues on like a regular old gaming platform that didn't just steal thousands of dollars! They need to be brought up on charges and made to pay everyone back exactly what they took plus compensate for breach of trust. I'm unsure of exact date they robbed us and switched platform play.

ding ding ding decided to stop the sweepstake or stop the feature to be able to actually win redeemable money withdrawable money... I had spoke to someone through the help service through the chatbot option and I believe upon me questioning and calling out the runaround trying to figure out how to withdrawal my earnings it seemed as though the help/customer serviceman realized I was onto him and the gimmick scheme or whatever petty rewards feature they were trying to sell. and what happened next made me salty. for the site now abruptly updated the news that it No longer will be offering or featuring rewards to be receivable... so enjoy ding ding ding if you favor the site. but I am displeased at the help I was trying to find through them and the outcome and aftermath of my inquiry.

Scammers! All the current positive reviews are fake! My previous reviews were deleted, so I will try again. To summarize my whole issue that has never been resolved, I won $1,800 from Ding Ding Ding over two months ago and redeemed it through their platform. After waiting over a month with no payment and repeated promises from customer service, I canceled the redemption and instead requested a $500 Best Buy gift card. That was also never delivered.

Shortly after, the company announced they were ending sweepstakes in the U.S. due to "changing laws"—a claim that is a complete lie, since many social casinos still legally operate here. Despite the fact that I won and redeemed my prize before any policy changes, Ding Ding Ding canceled my gift card, removed the remaining $1,300 from my account, and has ignored all follow-ups.

This is deceptive and unethical behavior. I earned those winnings fairly under the rules at the time, and they’ve done everything possible to avoid paying out. Terrible customer support, no accountability, and misleading practices. Avoid this platform.

There are many reports that they have not paid their gaming providers and they have stopped all payments to prizeout(gift cards redemption).

Please be aware that all recent positive reviews are FAKE, they are just attempting to save their trustpilot. This company is actively deleting any negative posts on facebook and, as we all know, has scrubbed many things from their website.

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO? (#1) Call your credit card company and report the fraud. State that services were not received. (#2) Report it to your state's attorney general (#3) Make an IC3 complaint
