Horrible app. No refund, they just steal your money and dingdingding deleted my account. I did not delete it! Got to the review here from emails they sent me.

I wish I didn't have to go e any starts..I used to live Dingdingding and played daily. I redeemed February and after a few days called to make sure I hadn't missed their call. Customer service said it was ont the way. I can't get in my account and without warning they took all the money I had on there and won't pay me stating it was illegal to play online casinos. They're literally the worst!

Stay clear of this scam of a company, they refuse to pay what you’re owed. I can only imagine how many lawsuits they have against them. I hope they have to pay a hefty sum in these class action lawsuits and end up with nothing. Thieves end up paying the price one way or another. Karma is coming.

Requested a redemption of $3000 on March 18th and still have not received. Their phone number no longer works and they no longer respond to my email inquiries. Not sure how they can get away with doing this, and I'm not sure how they can have ANY recent positive reviews.

I was inundated with promotional packages, and had their "support" staff send messages with promises of extra free SC's with my purchases. I was winning, and continued to purchase packages. I then requested the redemption, received the phone call the following day to verify me, and any time I emailed them asking how long it would take, I received very vague answers from them. They stopped responding to my emails on 4/9/25.
