Unfortunately they didn’t make the cut for me … I have actually uninstalled they app bc they was always vpn this or wouldn’t let me load my bingo balls etc .. I think every time I open the app there was an issue on their end .. I did play on there a lot until I couldn’t get my rewards and then the vpn issue every time .. There are many reports that they have not paid their gaming providers and they have stopped all payments to prizeout(gift cards redemption).

Please be aware that all recent positive reviews are FAKE, they are just attempting to save their trustpilot. This company is actively deleting any negative posts on facebook and, as we all know, has scrubbed many things from their website.

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO? (#1) Call your credit card company and report the fraud. State that services were not received. (#2) Report it to your state's attorney general (#3) Make an IC3 complaint

This site is an absolute scam and took a huge sum of money from me. Denied any access and disconnected their phone number. Credit card companies should be held liable for not protecting it’s customers from fraud

Waited weeks after I made a redemption and messaged me today to tell me the laws changed. They literally had a month to process it and put it off to avoid payout. (Redemption made on March 23rd, I sent multiple emails since the saying I still havent received payment and did not receive an email back until today, May 4th to tell me they cant process it.)

When this operation decided to suddenly cease its sweepstakes coin operations, untruthfully citing “changing US laws” (as there are only legal issues affecting this type of business in a handful of states), they committed fraud and should be held criminally responsible, there should also be a civil class action filed. If anyone has retained counsel on this, please provide me with the contact info for the lawyer(s) involved.

In my case, I had a redemption pending at the time they took everyone’s money. It was for $128. I tried to charge back the deposits with my bank, but failed.

What makes this fraud even worse is that operators knew in advance they were going to do this. It was well planned, but in the days leading up to the embezzlement, they were actively and aggressively pushing discount coin package promotions, knowing full well they intended to steal every last penny. The operators of this site should be in orange jump suits.
