Good afternoon

I bought in website Wowcher a memory foam mattress, but it is sinking and has only been used for 2 months, nobody answered my email, I’m very disappointed!

Ordered a bed and mattress and it is the cheapest made bed I've ever seen. I've phoned them multiple times and email and unless I send pictures as why I'm not happy they will "assist me" even though by rights I'm entitled to a refund ! STAY WELL CLEAR OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS

If you value your time, sanity, mental health, money and overall well being, then DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
I've been dealing with them for weeks and their incompetency is beyond anything I've ever experienced!
It's too late for me, but you can save yourselves!!!!!

Bought a bed and mattress from them with wowcher advertised as Italian bed and mattress premium quality 🙄
Never seen such poor quality bed and mattress
Don’t buy from them very deceiving should be fined for scamming money out of people for poor quality products.

Showed a picture of a premium mattress on Wowcher and they sent something totally different. Disgusting, dishonest tactics.

Bought a bed from them through wowcher. It's true what they say "buy cheap buy twice"
The bed is the worst quality I've ever seen. Not worth the full price of £699, it would definitely have gone back!!
There were no instructions included

Just received bed and mattress, quality a joke
Put it together and my hand went through the top. It is batons of wood with nothing but material in between

Bed arrived on time. However the bed is not how it is pictured on Wowcher and diningtable.co.uk. The headboard is about half the size of that in the pictures. Therefore once my bed is dressed it doesn’t look like there is one. I will say however it does seem sturdy but extremely disappointed at its appearance! I won’t be purchasing anything further from them as it breaches trading standards!

This company is fantastic, not only are their deals amazing but from the furniture to the customer service, it is a great company. Jane got back to me very promptly regarding my enquiry. She was kind, understanding and supported me to exchange the bed to the size I wanted. She also explained some important details regarding the process that was very helpful for me. First class service very polite driver good service all round

Bought a king sized bed from Wowcher after purchase I checked the reviews and was extremely nervous about this due to so many negative as i had just parted with a lot of money, however I am quite pleased with my purchase. Was delivered one day later than expected but this was probably due to the unexpected bank holiday. I did not receive a text however I did call the company and they confirmed that I would receive my bed the next day. Before 12. Bed arrived friendly delivery driver asked him questions and he was friendly and answered. The only thing I didn’t get was instructions but once I checked you tube I managed to work it all out. I will say the quality is good not amazing but good. Mattress is lovely and squashy perfect ! All in all I am very happy with my new bed. Thank you

Midsold a bed via Wowcher. Bed arrived and was damaged, wasn’t what was in the picture (which I later found out to be a photo from silent night that they have edited), the mattress was a cheap nasty mattress and not the memory foam one they promised. First they offered me a partial refund of £315 then backtracked and said they was only going to offer £15 or exchange the bed base. They refused at first to do anything about the mattress and headboard then had the nerve to email me asking me to pay to “upgrade” my mattress for what should have come with the bed!

I’ve asked for a full refund and to have the bed collected but they are refusing to do so. I am at my wits end with them and have no option but to go to trading standards and contact my credit card company to try and obtain a refund.

Avoid this company at all costs!

Absolutely disgusted with this firm, bought a bed from them in May 2020, it broke by December 2021, when I replaced it and took it apart to dump it found that the bit you lay on was an extremely thin bit of cardboard! Contacted them and they informed me that it only has a 6 month warranty and when I asked to escalate it further all messages have been ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Very poor quality products, only lasted about 6 months and collapsed after 3 nights a week use.

Then they refuse to sort it out. So taking it down trading standards.
