Bought a bed + mattress. Many people have also noticed this being sold on Wowcher. I spent around £200 on a king-sized bed (thinking that it was reduced from RRP £500 which of course now knowing is a lie). Extremely poor quality product and now refusing to give me any compensation. I can't get a good nights sleep on the mattress and it's started to cause me backache. They've responded to me multiple times with the textbook 'terms and conditions' excuse, which just goes to show much they value their customers. Avoid this company, especially if you value your health or money.

Double mattress purchased through Wowcher which after 8months and only occasional use as a spare bed has now got a significant collapse of springs, making it unusable. The Warranty is for six months so its a buyer beware situation. We received a prompt and polite reply to our communication.

Bought double mattress from this company in April via Woucher. Should have read reviews before. Mattress sagging within no time, uncomfortable certainly not as stated in advert. Turned up covered in torn plastic, looked cheap in reality, just turned up no notification so just as well we were in. Never again get anything via Woucher. Lesson learnt would be astonished if rrp was £500 .Will be replacing ASAP. Don't buy.

Bought a Single mattress on Wowcher for £50 paid £20 for delivery,totally different from the picture. the supplier was Furniture Italia. Extremely poor quality and Very bad!! The moment I received it after opening it I took it to a charity shop give it for free. Never trust Both Wowcher and their suppliers. I have deleted their app and will never deal with them again. Avoid them please.

I got a double bed & mattress from wowcher for £200 then checked these reviews and was really worried but the delivery and customer service was great. Would say you get what you pay for in terms of the quality but so far I have no complaints!

Glad I didn't read the reviews on this company. Got an email the day before with a time for the next day and delivery was prompt. Jane from customer support very helpful and replies quickly to any queries. Driver only unloads from the van so you have to make sure that you can carry the items inside. Everything was sealed up correctly with no damage and was assembled easily. Not good quality as others have said but I feel good value for money and would certainly order another one

Terrible. Wish I had found these reviews before buying.
The “high end” mattress is sagging and painful to sleep on after two months of use and they only offered a replacement in exchange for a 5 star review.
Tried to find out about the delivery of a new mattress and they stopped replying to my email. Called them only to be shouted over by the agent who gave me three different time slots.
They are awful, save yourself and shop elsewhere!

I brought a bed from this company from the beginning i had problems they delivered 2 faulty beds and only the third one seemed ok. I should of asked for a refund then but now after 7 months and a child sleeping on the bed the base has dipped. I contacted the company they said 6 months warranty there's nothing they can do and stopped responding. There customer service is crap and there products are faulty don't buy from them.

I bought two beds from this company through Wowcher, when the first bed arrived it was nothing like the one on Wowcher. It was cheap and the mattress was not the one shown. After getting in touch with them they stated in the small writing of there policies the bed can differ with the one in the picture. So I then told them there is no small print on the Wowcher description about the beds could be different and it was Wowcher I bought it from. This company is only interested in making money there customer service is appalling and I was offered a mattress upgrade for more money. I have to say it’s took over a month with Wowcher and this company to get all my money back . If you go on consumer advice help sites and read your rights you will see you are entitled to a full refund as well as postage refund. Luckily I bought through pay pal and they help me by getting in touch with these companies through their resolution centre. I stuck to what I knew were my rights as a consumer. You will find the process hard it was really tough these companies do not like giving refunds. I would say to anyone who is stuck with an item that they didn’t order to go on consumer web sites , some sites will help you and advise you , even use watchdog to get these companies stopped for misleading people. You do have rights, I got every penny back postage and goods bought from them as I could not afford to lose my money. I challenged them all the way as long as you know your rights they did try and fob me off but I knew they were wrong and after a lot of messages and emails they backed down as they knew I was right and what they are doing is wrong. I wrote this review to help others I hope I have helped.

This company is terrible. Ordered a bed from a wowcher deal. Didn't get a delivery text it just turned up one day and was incorrect size and didn't look like the picture. Attempted to contact customer services to be told someone would call me back. Asked for a contact number for someone which they became very shady and said they didn't have a number for them. No one ever called back. Only use this company if you want a surprise.

I’m currently waiting for a full refund from this company as the description is nothing to what the actual mattress is.
I purchased a memory foam spring mattress and received to what I can only explain is a very thin cover with springs in. As I bought this through Wowcher I contacted them first which they provided me with the information for the company promptly.
I emailed the company regarding if I had received the wrong mattress because it’s such a poor quality mattress and nothing matches the description as stated on Wowcher or their own company website!
I’m currently been fobbed off with “for a price, you can upgrade and to pay a additional charge of £49 to return the other”
I wish I had looked on Trust Pilot at the poor and accurate reviews beforehand and I wouldn’t have bought from this Company through Wowcher at all.

This is the most appalling and disgusting Companny I had to deal with. I ordered a mattress from Woucher, thinking I’ve got a deal. When it arrived the quality was not what was advertised, I therefore decided to return the item as my rights say you get a full refund for an item which is poor quality. I went to resolver to no avail. This Jane person kept on sending the same email stressing the fact that there is no fault with the mattress therefore I had to pay £49 for collection. I argued about that but got tired. In the neater sanding numerous , emails they called me to charge £29, all I want is the mattress out of my sight. Ive dealt with returns on Wowcher , but this is a nightmare. Wowcher should take them off. I’ll never advice anyone to do business with them, they haven’t got a clue. Jane should take courses on Customer service.

I ordered a divan crushed velvet double bed with mattress and headboard through wowcher and then decided to read these reviews wish I hadn’t cause all I done was worry the full time. Fast service got the text asking when I would like delivery the next day, only issue I’ve had was the driver wouldn’t take it up the set of stairs to the front door of my house but I managed it myself. Beds sturdy seems well made mattress is like a cloud ( I like this some may like a firmer mattress ) I really can’t complain. Try not read the reviews and panic too much.

Ordered one of their mattresses through wowcher, long story short, the product is totally different than what was advertised, its poor quality and feels like been used over time. Contacted them and they keep shuttling me around between different departments instead of getting me connected to the right person, one if their representatives keeps offering me upgrades to a product that i dont want. Avoid this company for the sake of your own mental well being. Also, they keep saying that somebody would give you a call which never happens.

Bought 4 single beds via Wowcher 3 of which had drawers.
Two beds arrived with me and the one with drawers was damaged, drawer front was detached with sharp staples sticking out, neither headboards fitted. The other two beds were delivered to family member and again drawers were damaged. The bases are topped by cardboard and black plastic scuffily stapled. I attempted to contact Wowcher only to find they use WhatsApp to communicate and they gave me the wrong supplier name, I then found the details for dining tables online, called then and was told to email them before I had even finished telling them the issues. Emailed and got no response, eventually gave up and contacted my bank - suddenly dining tables and Wowcher contacted me. Received an email from 'Jane' at beds.co.uk (dining tables and furniture italia) signed off by Faz, and received a call from a male. Arranged for them to call me after my work shift, they did not call and ignored emails. They only responded when I emailed again advising I would be pursuing charge back. Please do not use this company unless you really need a bargain as you will not receive a quality product and will become unnecessarily frustrated at the shocking customer service. Wowcher are no better. Save your money and go to a shop where you can view the goods, or alternatively look up DIY options to make your own. It cant be worse than these.

I only wish I'd checked the reviews before purchasing through wowcher (who I strongly advise you steer clear of also).
It's obvious from the reviews below that they have a business model designed to make money out of substandard products and zero customer care, a bunch of absolute tely charlatans.

Bought a mattress through wowcher, rrp eight hundred quid, for £200. It didn't need to last long as we're hoping to move spring/summer and our bed is super king which is likely too big for where we're headed. So we didn't need anything top end.
However, what we got was appalling. I'm pretty certain it had already been slept on as it was sagging after one night use.
I cannot tell you quite how bad quality it was. Obviously never worth £800 and not even worth £200. It was advertised as having memory foam. It didn't, I could see this through the handy ten inch split in the side stitching.
I've since found out that their terms and conditions state photos on their website are to give you 'an idea' of what you're getting!

They delivered at 6.20 in the morning! I imagine this is planned so you don't check the item properly.

Getting a refund was like pushing water uphill. They did everything they could to avoid giving me my money back, offering me increasingly better exchanges. They started by saying I could pay to trade up, when I continued to refuse they offered increasingly better mattresses free of charge.

Eventually they picked it up and gave a refund but that's only because I wouldn't go away and threatened to go to watchdog 😂 (which I've since done)
But even collecting was badly done. Promised an email day before to confirm time. Didn't get it, next day get a call saying they're at my property waiting to collect!

If you're still trying to get a refund I did so by making them clear I knew my rights. If it helps and you haven't already done so tell them they've got two weeks to provide a full refund or you'll send a 'letter before claim' which you can get online.
Also tell them that the mattress does not meet their legal obligations. An item should be...

Utterly appalling. Ordered a bed in June 2020. Replaced due to poor quality in September 2020. In January 2021 the replacement had all but collapsed. We called customer support, and were told the warranty had expired, despite never being informed of such. The chap on the phone made my wife cry by being extraordinarily abusive and sexist. All in all an appalling experience and I would urge anybody looking to buy a bed to consider sleeping on a pile of used needles instead of anything this poor excuse of a company has to offer

Appalling quality beds and disgusting customer service. We bought a bed through wowcher, after less than 3mths the base and mattress collapsed so they replaced it for a whole new one, (also said they were going to recondition the one they took away) again after 3mths the same thing happened again! I complained again and asked for them to collect and refund and was told because I had purchased the original bed more than 6mths ago the warranty was no longer valid!! They would collect and replace the base FOC but if I wanted the mattress replaced I’d have to fork out the difference for a more expensive one!! How about jog on you bunch of thieves!! Absolutely disgusting company. Who the F puts a 6mth warranty on a bed??? Surely it should have lasted me years???

I got my new dining table and 6 chairs yesterday and am delighted with them. There was a delay because they didn't have all the chairs but I didn't mind waiting to get them all delivered together. Charlene in the office kept me informed and couldn't have been nicer. Lovely to do business with.

Never ever, ever buy from these cowboys, looks nothing like in the picture, absolutely no quality to it....in fact you would probably find better quality at your local council tip.
