quality meat, nothing missing, huge selection of meals
Value for money ,easy to prepare ,meals are a good size ,no waste.I love not having left overs
Dinnerly is our favourite food delivery company. We have tried several in the past and find Dinnerly has better value compared to others.
There is a good variety of meals to choose from, packaging amd delivery are all good, however: i switched to Dinnerly from HelloFresh as they were cheaper and used a good quality chicken (Lilydale). Beef and especially beef (?) mince both companies use is a chewy substance of a poor quality so they were even. Hello Fresh used only salmon for fish at that time, but Dinnerly is mostly using cheap basa (which is grown in questionable SEA farms), but we are not fans of any farmed fish so that was not the issue. The issue is that Dinnerly downgraded from Lilydale chicken to a lower quality Steggles and raised the costs as well. Plus for extra money one can get the cheapest steak cut and tiny bit of Asian farmed barramundi for two. Thinking of switching elsewhere to be honest..

I absolutely love dinnerly! It makes dinner time a breeze and the vast difference in choices each week makes it so I have a great variety in meals for dinner rather than the same boring thing each night. I'd highly recommend it to anyone in search for meal kits!!
The recipes are becoming boring with the same stuff over and over

I am actually a fan of Dinnerly's service. The meals are simple, tasty, and really affordable. But their delivery partners really dropped the ball in my experience, and I just cannot rely on them to deliver boxes when they say they will. My first two boxes in consecutive weeks had issues with delivery being delayed and not arriving until 24 hours after the intial delivery window. On both occasions I had to go to the supermarket to get something for dinner, as the box just hadn't turned up. I have cancelled my subscription on the back of this experience, which is a shame.

Amazing range of recipes to choose from. Flexibility of it all is also amazing. Takes out all the guess-work around meal planning, especially if you work full-time and struggle to eat good healthy food because of it. Only tiny thing is that occasionally you need to grab another carrot or zucchini from the supermarket because the produce they’ve sent is a bit small. Very rare for me though.
We absolutely love Dinnerly. I look forward to the tasty new recipes we get to cook and eat each week. So much easier having the supermarket in your own pantry!!
I love Dinnerly, no waste, plenty of dinners to select. Tasty & easy to make & convenient.
Great value, good portion sizes and nice fresh food.
As a working parent this is a life saver. Everything I need is there, just pick a recipe and follow along to cook it. Everything is easy and fast as well. And delicious!
The food has been good, but the customer service is non-existent. Our latest box was delivered 5 days late, with out of date raw chicken & warm raw fish. When we complained and asked for a refund we got no answer from the customer service department.

No money taken from my account and no food delivered. Have been left with no groceries for a week. Can't speak to a supervisor or anyone higher up. As a person with a disability this isn't acceptable. I will be cancelling my service with Dinnerly and going back to HelloFresh who are at least reliable.
Note: Dinnerly reply to all negative feedback and advise to contact customer service. I’ve already done that and they are unable to assist. Even have admitted it’s dinnerlys error but still can’t deliver my food for another week. Stop replying and telling people to contact customer service because you know full well they can do nothing to help in these circumstances, it misleads people into thinking you take customer service seriously.

I decided to start using Dinnerly because if I didn't have something delivered, I wouldn't eat enough protein. Problem solved!
I am thoroughly impressed with Dinnerly.
The choice of menu items and the quality of ingredients is excellent. Also, the cost is very reasonable with offers for discounts always available.
Highly recommend.
I have been a Dinnerly customer for a long time and found them to be good value and enjoyed the variety and quality of ingredients. Unfortunately my latest Box arrived today opened and some of the good were affected. The spaghetti package was open and two of the vegetables were damaged. I am sure this is a one off but I find it helpful to draw these things to your attention. Please look into this in case it may re occur.

Originally the service went really well, the recipes were great and the deliveries followed the instructions. I'm in an apartment so the delivery needs to be in a non-conspicuous place overnight. Since a few months ago the deliveries are just dropped at the front door contrary to the instructions, and so are regularly stolen. At times the delivery people have called or buzzed the intercom at 2 or 3am, which is also not good. The alternative would be to get a day delivery and either sit at home or have the delivery potentially sit around all day. Unfortunately, I may need to leave the service if they can't get the delivery right.

I loved the pizza I would never have made it it was so Moorish loved it loved the curry not to hot
The bread crumbs on the chicken was lovely
I will order next week to put food in my freezer .when I come home just have to pop in the microwave
Because I am going into hospital for a knee replacements When I come back home I will order again saves me time and money very impressed
I had an issue with my most recent delivery, where I found a worm in my delivery box. I had sent an email with a photo on 06/09/22 and I have not heard back from anyone yet. This is very disappointing considering I have been a long-term customer of Dinnerley & had to throw away all the contents on my delivery because I didn't want to have any contamination issues and put my health at risk.
