Easy to order delivery on time and helpful decking as advertised

I recently purchased fencing from Dino Decking and couldn’t be happier with the experience.

The quality of the materials is excellent. Everything feels solid, well-made and built to last. The fencing looks fantastic now that it’s installed and has completely transformed the appearance of my garden.

I was also impressed by how quickly the order arrived. The delivery was much faster than I expected, and everything was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that delivers both great products and great service. Based on my experience, I would happily recommend Dino Decking and would definitely buy from them again in the future.

Sample pack (Decking) was received next day, quality of sample looks great and give a good size to consider colour selection. A full product catalog was also included to help inspire project build.

I generally don’t leave reviews, however on this occasion I will. Excellent website and really helpful with the calculation tool. But what has disappointed me. Firstly, was the rude, unhelpful delivery man who wouldn’t place them in a secure place so had to exposed to all passers by for 96 hours until I arrived home to transfer them. Secondly, I ordered fencing without any trellis but the top edge has a groove in it for the top trellis which is going to spoil the look. Not sure why they don’t sell top edges without the trellis groove to make it a more rounder look.

The ordering was very easy with guides to what we might need, area to boards needed and extras we might want/need with no pressure to buy extra. We needed a specific date for delivery as we were away. Not only did Jane book it for the day we needed, the delivery driver dropped to an address convenient for the contractor.

I looks beautiful now it's down. Contractor was really impressed with how easy it went down and the cutting was nice and clean.

The product is very good, and ordering was very easy from their very good online catalog. Delivery was all on time.

I then needed to speak to customer services a couple of times regarding a problem with the order (my fault, not theirs) and they were great. Phones answered promptly, very helpful staff, all problems resolved quickly. Recommended.

Excellent next day delivery. The decking is very good quality. I had a query about putting together the handrail and balustrade and this was answered swiftly and concisely by Darren from the DINO Team.

I am happy with the products but we had some extra panels they said we doesnt pickup the panels you have to drop or arrange for delivery but thats not fair they should help the customers

Prompt delivery of excellent sample box , Darren answered my query , once again promptly and an excellent delivery of my order by Christian. Product looks good but not fitted yet so no further comment.
