Not satisfied

Dear,

I am not satisfied. I have Returned an item and it has never been refunded. And the only reply I receive is; we need a proof of postage. Crazy enough I have returned 2 items at the same time and 1 item has been refunded and the other one has not. So no I am not happy unfortunately..

I placed an order (order…

I placed an order (order number 1933256) on the Dior website on 21 May and I am still waiting to get my package. On 28 May the delivery company sent an e-mail saying that there was a delay in the delivery due to the coronavirus. They are not reachable by phone. On 10 June I contacted the delivery company via the web form and they sent a standardized e-mail saying that there is still a delay.
In the meantime, I sent a message to Dior via the web form, they never got back to me. At this point, I am led to believe my package got lost.
I look forward to finally getting a refund.
