A joke...
After being asked two times by Dior to leave a review: here it is. Not clicking through their link because I don't want my full name out there, but I left my reference number.
I ordered beginning of April and I never received my package. It arrived in my country and for some reason was shipped back.
Customer care is going nowhere. Money has been out of the account for over 25 days (before it was even "shipped") but still nothing. Can't send it back if I don't send my account info but hey, they received my "return package" well.
Keep the money Dior. Great when things go smooth and you can leave ace reviews. However, a company shines when they handle things that go wrong. Sadly, seems like they can't handle it and won't take responsibility.
Surprisingly all the bad ratings since yesterday are gone.
Also if you're Dutch, brush up on your French or English when you call or mail them! No Dutch speaking people at Customer Care.
