Satisfied but not with the customer service
I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I asked a question by mail after my purchase and the customer service of Dior never answered my question. That's not ok. I am very pleased with the high quality of the products and delivery though.

A bit pricy, but worth it!
I am extremely happy that I could get the perfect colour Diorskin forever extreme control, because it wasn’t available in any of the shops here. The best substitute I had been able to find made my face look like a clown’s mask. So, thank you again!

23 days, no package has been delivered.
Ordered a couple of their products on the Dior website.
3 weeks and two day's further no package has been delivered, promised to call me back multiple times, it didn't happen. the costumer support told me last week it wil take some days to see if it's possible to get a refund.
Had to call The DPD paid service multiple times, and I don't even expect they would cover these costs.
I understand a package can be dalayed, but 3 weeks and 2 days without a solution is not okay. The Brand provides a service within the product, not only the product. Even though the product get's a 5 star.

Easy, clear shopping experience
The store is laid out really well, my lipstick is lovely, and I plan to order from the Dior website instead of the local store because the prices are better, product availability is very clear, and delivery was quick and beautifully packaged.
