THE worst customer service. And scammers. I placed an order online and they charged my Visa. No communication since. I called and the guy who picked up the phone hung up on me. I called again and he said, ya I hung up on, we don't answer any questions about orders. I'm reporting them as fraud now to my credit card company. Stay away from these scammers.
Ordered product over a month ago, no communication on wether product is available or not, said it was available on the site, time of ordering. Sent multiple emails with no responses. Called their toll free number and was hung up on the first time and second time straight to voice mail. Very poor customer service.

I believe this used to be a functioning business a few years back, but now the only person operating this enterprise had a nervous breakdown so I would not recommend it. He never ships anything after weeks and weeks, does not respond to emails and on a rare occasion you get him on the phone, he screams something indistinguishable, which could only be interpreted as a cry for help. I feel terribly bad for the owner, but since I am unable to get any refund now, I have to go through my credit card provider.
