Lack of communication from Playstation

Ordered on the 5th DPD did not attempt delivery looking at the delivery details on their website looks suspicious to me it says they did not have name or details yet when I called their customer service my details were there on their system but they told me to contact sender cause the parcel was going back it is now 21st December and still waiting for refund there has been no communication from Playstation

Delayed gratification to the max

Waiting can be excurating and nerve racking experience but it is a great way to practice delayed gratification.
I recieved Ps5 via my son since I am laid up in the hospital had treatment for my stage 4 lung cancer. I hope to be home for Christmas day
Opening my package will feel like a true blue Christmas present for being a survivor of stage 4 lung cancer.
Great delivery, looking forward to opening up my package ASAP!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year's everyone! God bless usually in the coming year...

the box was thrown in to hall way…

the box was thrown in to hall way didn’t even sign for it or see delivery driver. the box was damaged ripped open and sellotape missing and tore off and box broken and damaged looks like no care or attention was given to it for an expensive package i would expect a little more care. playstation sent order in timely time frame shame about the way dpd treated the parcel

PLAYSTATION DIRECT NOT AGAIN!

Over complicated ordering procedure. Once ordered 3 expensive items despite putting the correct address on the 3 ordered items which was confirmed by email by PlayStation direct within minutes of ordering, the 3 parcels did not contain the full address. When the order arrived only one item was delivered by DPD and handed to me. The other 2 items weren’t included. Phone calls to DPD first advised that there weren’t any other items to be delivered. Then a second phone call said there were 2 other items BUT they didn’t have a correct address . On the DPD website these items were marked saying I was not at home when the delivery was handed to me. And these 2 indicated that a card had been left with a number to follow up which was later removed from the website. The a 1 hour phone call wait to PlayStation Direct culminated in a representative saying how sorry he was and he would escalate it and I that I would receive an email about this. I told him that I could not be home for a next day delivery and he said he’d sort this. The email never arrived. Then the DPD website changed and advised that the missing 2 items would be delivered on the next day despite me saying that I couldn’t be at home to receive them. It was fortunate that an accidental change of plan made it that my wife was at home for an hour when fortunately DPD arrived with the two parcels. Later on I took photographs of the parcels because the had some damage. One of the items was ok and the other had minor damage to the box. Overall this was my first experience of dealing with Playsataion Direct. I have no plans to use them again.

ordered aweek ago still waiting for delivery not even had confirmation of shipping after waiting 2 hrs on live to speak to someone told max 3 days after should have been that's now still nothing it won't let me cancel as argos is selling for same price

Needs easier drop off options

The product is great but the signature for drop off was a little bit of a hassle but ups helped a little bit with that it eventually had to get redelivered in the same day felt bad for the driver

Playstation Direct - Delivery from DPD

Order process was easy and competitive price. DPD delayed the delivery by one day. When it arrived the outside brown box packing was burst open and it is obvious it has not been treated with care, fully open with sellotape burst! The PS5 box looks ok but I have still to open it. Normally I would have rejected it but it is a xmas present for my grandson. Any issues and I will be in contact direct or via my credit card company for a replacement. A few times now that expensive items delivered via DPD have not been not cared for (Obviously thrown about, opened or stood on)

Terrible customer service and terrible…

Terrible customer service and terrible packaging. My order arrived two days late and only after I complained, which required me to be on hold for an hr. The PS5 arrived in a paper thin cardboard box, with barely any selotape holding the top of the box together and no tape or glue on the bottom. There was no 'fragile' or 'handle with care' stickers on the exterior. Needless to say the box was badly damaged in transit. Within the box, the PlayStation itself was not packaged well or securly in the box, with a small bit of scrunched up paper packaging at the top and no packaging around the side or bottom. I have now been on hold for customer services for another 15 minutes. This is unacceptable for any purchase let only a product worth £500. DO NOT buy through this site. I wish I had paid a little extra and bought through another retailer.
