Fabulous from start to finish. Ordered and delivered within 2 days. I will definitely use this company again

Poor communication and no response to reasonable requests for updates on delivery or refund. I would avoid this company on current experience.

I recently purchased a Lancaster TV cabinet, not only did it arrive quicker than I expected, it was very easy to assemble. I was so impressed, I have just placed another order for the nest of tables. Highly recommended and will definitely be using Direct GB again in the future.

Took delivery of a lovely drawer unit today. The price was excellent,there was
very good communication with the supplier and I must mention also how well the item was packed .

Bought a heater Nov 2022, at first they emailed to say shipment was delayed which would have been fine but then it just never arrived and they stopped replying to my emails asking where it was and then to please refund me. Had to go through PayPal to get money back.

Ordered a fire pit and they guided me through the credit process, checked in. Delivery driver helped carry into the back garden for me

Ordered a corner fire unit item is brilliant. I was skeptical after reading the reviews but took a gamble from the good reviews.
They are struggling abit with delivery timescales and a little bit on communication but phone lines are answered if call and honestly both Ryan and Jodie were brilliant

Really good prices, few hiccups with delivery but related to the courier, supported by customer service and responded quickly to my queries

Ordered a Hyundai 2.8kw Quiet Electric Garden Shredder.
Found the process very straightforward and the product was delivered on time and in excellent condition.
Very satisfied with the service and will use again.

Update

Just be be clear this review was verified that I had made this purchase in October as they didn't accept that I had ordered anything from them. All evidence was provided.
Today I called them again and was promised that I would get a call 20mins later but again I m still waiting. Called back a few hours later and again no update. I ve asked for a refund a few times now so will be going to my bank to get a CHARGEBACK from their bank. Anybody in the same boat should do the same. Such a disgusting scam company

Ordered a kettle from direct GB as it was the only one that had this specific one in stock. It arrived pretty quickly. The box was a little bit damaged sadly, but the kettle was unharmed. Overall, happy with the experience, thank you.

Ordered corner TV stand with fireplace. Delivered on day and on time. Quality product that looks amazing. E-mailed customer care a couple of times ( for my own peace of mind) ,replied within 5 minutes.

Ordered a play gym for my daughter 1st birthday, it never got shipped. I’ve had to send 5 emails chasing this up, was told twice they would chase the supplier and would update me the next day, they never did. Send 2 further chasers after no response I opened a PayPal case, then got an email saying a refund had been issued - but no refund has been issued. Don’t bother ordering you’ll never get it and you’ll fight to get your money back.

We got what we ordered, but it took a little longer than expected. That being said, if you are willing to wait a bit longer than you may expect...a few days in our case, you can save a packet.

Buying direct was excellent in terms of customer service and delivery...Drivers came from Birmingham to London and product arrived earlier than expected time...Beds are fab...solid sturdy bed...Very pleased

Item was ordered 2.5 months ago, no product has been received, promised a refund 3 weeks ago and still no refund!!! Happy to take our money and still nothing!!!! Absolutely disgusting! Scam company!!

Needed a lifestyle heat force indoor heater which are in short supply generally at the moment. Although the exact model I wanted wasn’t available, I was able to speak to Ryan who runs the company, he was able to offer me an alternative model that they had in stock which was perfect for my needs. Living close by I was able to pop in and collect the heater on the same day that I spoke to Ryan which worked well for me. The heater was exactly as advertised on the website and the price was the lowest I’ve been able to find. All in all happy with my heater.

The minute I ordered a portable gas fire from this company on the 7 jan 23 I knew something was wrong. I received no correspondence in relation to my purchase apart from the initial email. I have contacted them numerous times and received two vague replies saying someone will contact me. I have now started a PayPal dispute to try and get my dad who is elderly his £109 back, my dad was purchasing the fire due to the rising cost of his gas which he was refusing to switch on. In addition to his gas bills He is now £109 out of pocket. I have asked for a refund numerous times but will now have to wait till the 5th of February to get my dad’s money back. I am absolutely sickened with this company. I normally always read reviews on a company I haven’t used before but could kick myself for failing to do so on this occasion.
