Ordered some underlay boards, really great product I can’t fault them at all. Ordering was so easy and delivery was fast. Very happy.

Terrible company. I ordered a kettle. It did not arrive. I tried their customer support and emailed etc and got no response. Ended up having to get my money back from by credit card company.
Do not use this site!

Order wardrobe which never turn up can't speak to anyone Avoid

Ordered an item and it never arrived, sent countless emails and never heard back. Don't waste your time, and money, buy elsewhere!!

Item did not arrive, cannot contact company, phone disconnects, this website should be taken down.

Don't order from this company. Ordered an office desk which didn't arrive, sent loads of emails to them which were ignored. They don't answer the phone and their mailbox is constantly full. The online chat doesn't get a response either. Asked for them to cancel order and again no response. Today I have received a refund from PayPal.

1 star because 0 not an option. As the other reviews, no contact from the company and no goods delivered. No contact since taking my money. Avoid at all costs

Ordered a scarifier from this company they took my money and said it would be dispatched in 3 days. 3 days went by and no communication to say it had been dispatched. Unsuccessful at getting communication with them. Doesn’t respond to emails, online chat or phone call. I have since requested to cancel the order for a full refund. These people are scammers and I’m annoyed that I fell for it. Should’ve read the reviews beforehand. Currently opened a case with PayPal to try and get my money back. This has also been reported to Action Fraud. Not sure how this company is allowed to operate considering the amount of similar experiences people have had.

I bought a Barbary and oak cast iron frying pan that was supposed to be free delivery and supposed to be 29.99.
It was supposed to be coming in 3-5 days but did not arrive at all.
The first red flag was them adding on a £6 delivery charge and when the purchase showed up on PayPal as “fish aquatics limited”
I waited 11 days in total, I contacted them via the website - no answer. I called them - no response. I emailed 5 times - no response.

Thankfully I received a refund via paypal

I placed an order for a strimmer via this company and thankfully paid through Paypal. I selected standard delivery which is 3 days apparently. Its now been 10 days with no delivery update. I tried contacting the company using several different methods-

Email- no response

Phone- No answer 'operators all 'BUSY'' - I don't think any exist to be honest

Answerphone- Mailbox full (so you can't even leave a message)

Website chat- No response

Facebook chat- 1 false promise and failed delivery as expected. You feel positive when they respond at first but then they seem to just try and palm you off by constantly asking for your order number or details and then ghost you and don't respond.

I have now raised a help request with paypal to hopefully get my money back

The company is high risk on companies house with the director having 3 failed businesses

Its also a red flag when all of their posts on Facebook have more angry faces than likes and none of the comments are visible, probably because they are all negative and they don't want to scare off more innocent people to be scammed.

If you are debating placing a new order- DON'T!! I wish I had read the reviews before doing so. :(

Bought a large order online with Direct GB for £300 - not received after 2 weeks and tried contacted via email and no reply.

I have now had to escalate this with PayPal and will be in touch with trading standards to take further action as from looking online at reviews this is happening to alot of customers as well.

Avoid this company.

Not sure whether it’s an actual scam as I was refunded the money I had paid but I had no response to my email asking why. At least I got the money back which is good but their customer serVice is obviously non-existent. Don’t bother ordering as it seems to be a waste of time

Order placed, no further communication, not delivered when it should have been, communication none existent, telephone call not answered, emails not answered, FB messenger answered but did not provide any order details or delivery details told will check and never get back. This must be a SCAM company AVOID. Order cancelled via credit card company.

I ordered 6th march i am still waiting, customer service WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!, I have had one response in a email!!, after i called them SCAMMERS!!!, only to tell me they are struggling due to staff shortages, had no problem taking my money tho!!, I have asked for a full refund but nothing, avoid at all costs, i keep calling them Scammers and this is the truth they are SCAMMERS!!!!

Ordered a bread maker in January which said 3-4 day delivery. Didn't come after 2 weeks so I e-mailed customer service. They replied saying it would come by Wednesday. On the Wednesday it didn't arrive so I asked where it was. They said sorry we'll look into it. I charged this back with my bank as it's definitely a scam. Just received a text from my bank today (March) to say that they are disputing my charge back even though I still haven't received anything. Disgusting company.

They are a scam do not buy from these don’t reply to calls or emails take money and never send goods

Do not use they are complete scammers you order stuff they take your money but you don’t receive anything I’ve gone through pay pal so will be getting my money back they don’t respond to you on chat they are con artist out there to try and steal peoples money AVOID AT ALL COST

Nothing but problems from ordering. Said 3 to 4 day delivery, weeks passed. Tried to cancel the order as I had to purchase another item urgently. Tried everything I could to contact them, emails, phone etc nothing worked. I eventually got an email saying "we will look into this" I had already sent them an email saying cancel this order and refund the payment. However a few days ago the items turned up. I emailed again saying too late I cancelled this order, please collect and refund - still no reply
