DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I seem to be having the same problem as everyone else as placed an order on 21st December and have emailed several times to chase but have not had one single response. Avoid this company they are clearly very unreliable, I will be contacting my credit card company to get advice on how to get my money back.

Waste of space

Ordered a cabinet in early December with promised 5-7 days delivery. Chased up numerous times cos wanted before Christmas - delivery promised but never came. Eventually told them to cancel and refund - they said they would but 3 weeks later I’m still waiting despite several email reminders and unsuccessful attempted phone calls. Customer service complete waste of time. Do not trust this company with your money. Looks like I’m gonna have to claim back from bank

Dreadful!

Dreadful!
Ordered item on 14th Dec, contacted for updates 1 week later as said 3-5days delivery.

Was told would be delivered on 22nd, nothing arrived.
Contacted again and was told would arrive 23rd, nothing arrived.

No response to my emails continued until 2 weeks later when someone confirmed it will in fact arrive 10.1.24. No answer to my emails again and nothing has arrived.

No answer when calling, told to leave a message but mailbox full.

I question whether this company is legit.

Don't order from this company

Don't order from this company - I ordered over a month ago and they haven't even dispatched it- I assume they don't actually have stock. Tried emailing, live chat, calling, Facebook messenger - they don't respond at all. Done a charge back on the payment - don't buy from them.

No contact about my order after 2 weeks.

No contact about my order 6478 after 2 weeks. Ordered a bread maker, which was due to be delivered on 2/4 days so gave up as I had missed my date and ordered from Amazon and delivered today the next day.

I placed the order on 26th Dec, its now 9th January and still no delivery or delivery date when online states 3-5 delivery dates.

No one answers the phone, can't leave a message and no one replies to emails.

We've had to contact credit card to get a refund, avoid this company!

Absolutely terrible!!!!

Finally got a reply today and refund on its way allegedly!!

Watch this space

Now January 19th and still no refund so contacted BBC Watchdog TV to report and investigate this company.
Emailed them again to be told that my refund was on its way in 1-3 days.

Contacted my credit card company to report suspected fraud by this company who are taking money with no intention of sending goods.

Still out of pocket though 🥵

Do not use. No goods and no refund.

I ordered a slow cooker on the 18th November. Order number #5922. Having contacted them as no delivery date was confirmed they promised delivery on Friday 1st December. Nothing arrived and now no response to my emails asking first for a delivery date and for a refund.
The phone line does not work and their answer phone is full. No doubt full of people trying to get their goods. Worst customer service avoid. I wish I had seen these postings before I bought from them.
I then heard, after posting a review here which was subsequently removed, I should get a refund. 1 month later no money. This company is completely untrustworthy.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I should of checked the reviews here before ordering but unfortunately I didn't. I ordered a breadmaker on the 11 of December. The delivery time stated 3-5 days and it soon became apparent that it was never going to come. I contacted them them several times through email and live chat along with phoning them which doesn't work, you get a message saying they are too busy. I have now contacted my bank as there is no signs of a refund. I would urge to use a credit card, which I should of done. What a disgrace of a company to not fulfill orders then hold your money

Scam. You won't receive goods or refund

Order placed early December, tracking says order placed then nothing. Tried phoning, says to email them so I did and they said refund has been issued will take 3 to 5 day.
Getting on for a month later and after several emails - nothing. Claiming through my bank now. Wish I'd read trust pilot first!! SCAM! DOU'T USE.

I ordered a present for my mum for…

I ordered a present for my mum for Christmas. After having no tracking info for 5 days I decided to cancel as item would not arrive in time for Christmas. Was offered a refund which was sent to PayPal and quickly cancelled. I have emailed several times and tried to call but no response. I will be taking this further

AVOID THIS STORE

AVOID THIS STORE. Ordered a product from this seller on the 8th December, stated arrival time is 3-5 days, by the end of December still had no response from customer services and no sign of it being shipped.

Have had to assume it'll never turn up and am going through PayPal to try and get a refund.

Be warned

Purchased ottoman online 21st November, item never arrived within delivery timescales.so emailed to request a date for delivery did receive a date of Friday 1st December. item never arrived so phoned for refund told by automated call to email as Calls can't be taken so emailed no reply unable to contact .had to apply for section 75 refund on credit card to get money back. To many reviews of this type to not be a deliberate needs investigating.

Product didn’t arrive. Promised delivery. Complete Joke of a Company

My wife ordered a bread maker on the 7/12. Showing in stock on the website no issues with them taking the money. A couple of weeks later the 2-3 day time frame for delivery had obviously gone. Wife emailed no reply.. another couple of days and we are now only a week away from Christmas. I try the phone number stupid automated recording saying how busy they are how they value customers… well that’s a complete lie..
I used the online chat to be met by someone who clearly has the intellect of a 4 year old. Completely ignored my question and just said - will be delivered Friday… I pushed for which delivery company and tracking number - this is where the communication stopped.
It’s now Wednesday the last Wednesday before Xmas, I use the online chat again. Now just ignored, I then use Facebook messenger again same child like responses saying it will be delivered Friday… I press for more details.
It’s now Sunday and guess what. No bread maker from this pathetic excuse for a company. I can only guess they are saying Friday knowing full well no one can get hold of them and they can swan off into the sunset with there money.
Funny how another customer has had the exact same experience. Perhaps your CEO should run for parliament, you are clearly well versed at promising the world and delivering nothing. I hope your Christmas if awful, I am off to spend my money at John Lewis a proper company.

Don't Give Them Money

Their customer service is abhorrent.
Filled out a form on the website? No response.
Emailed customer service directly? No response.
Called multiple days during different times per day to avoid your supposed "high call volumes"? No response.
Online chat messages? No response.
Facebook messages? About 25% response rate and none of the responses were helpful.

I just wanted to find out why I haven't gotten a tracking number and locate my order since It's been over a week past the lead time. I shouldn't have to spend hours trying to get this information or get a response.

Ordered 2 shoe storage units in October. Only one turned up after chasing delivery. 42 emails later still waiting for the 2nd unit. Finally got an answer after I said I would report to trading standards and other groups. Surprise Surprise still waiting after a promise of delivery today. No refund as promised has yet been made up to today 12/01/2024

Missing piece of furniture

If I could rate this zero, I would. Ordered a media unit on October. Its now a few days before Christmas and it's still not arrived. I've emailed multiple times, no answer. Phone lines it says use another method of communication and 'instant' chat took 2 hours to answer them said they would look into it and left. Obviously nothing has been done since. I cannot stress this enough. Do not use this company.
