Scam. Ordered furniture with a 5-7 day delivery. 1 month later nothing arrived.
Tried several times to phone and email, phone just automatically goes to answer machine telling you to email. They did not reply to any emails sent.
Ended up opening dispute with PayPal and getting a refund.
Beware! Goods not received after placing order
Absolutely shocking service, and impossible to get hold of anyone, either by webchat, email or telephone. I ordered a gift for my sons birthday, and a week later it still had not been shipped by DirectGB. I tried contacting them but to no avail. This meant I didn't have a gift for my son in time. As I write this I am still awaiting a response to my request to cancel the order and refund my money. I will never buy from them again.

I bought a dressing table stool on 5 November promising delivery in 3 - 5 days. This has not been received and they have not replied to my emails, not have I been able to speak to anyone on their customer service number. Avoid.

Ordered a window seat beginning of November. After numerous emails and phonecalls asking for a delivery date absolutely no response!! Shocking way to treat customers. This shambolic company needs to be taken to account. Will be contacting my bank to try and get my money back!! Avoid, avoid avoid.

Ordered a chest of drawers on 7th October. I’ve received no communication since and it has not arrived. Attempts to contact customer services via their phone number, ”live” chat and email have received no response. AVOID - they will take your money and not deliver.

Update: finally received a response via chat to say it will be delivered on Wednesday. But no email confirmation received or delivery update via Shopify, so let’s see if that actually happens - going by other reviews it seems unlikely…

Chest of draws didn’t arrive and I received no response asking for a delivery confirmation. Refund has been requested and again no response.
Update 28th Jan:
Had to go through the PayPal Case procedure and managed to get a refund, no thanks to DirectGB. To make things worse, I received an email this week saying DirectGB had marked my Trustpilot review as inauthentic. I can see they are doing the same with others. These are absolutely genuine experiences so beware, the company is actively trying to clear their name while ignoring their customers.

I placed an order (£3000) over 3 weeks ago and they still have not delivered. They have promised multiple times to deliver and they never do.
No one ever answers the phone, you can not leave a message because their mailbox is full, they ignore online chat messages, they rarely reply to emails and when they do they just fob you off with false delivery dates or "we are looking into it"
They clearly have no intention of fulfilling my order. The worst company I have ever dealt with.
I have been left with no other choice but to report them to the relevant bodies.

Ordered a bedside table in September. Heard nothing for weeks, so cancelled it and re ordered from elsewhere. It has now turned up. Been asking them to collect it but they won’t and will not refund me either! They ignore emails and no one answers the phone.

I have been waiting several weeks for returns label in order to return faulty item. After complaining that labels hadn't been received, I was advised another was being sent recorded delivery.
After still not receiving, I've requested they send me a reference no...obviously this was not forthcoming and all messages ignored since.
To add to the list of wrongs, this company is now obstructing a customer from returning faulty items.
I've contacted the relevant people to investigate this company...including Klarna..who provide finance for many customers.

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. No tracking information, product hasn't arrived, and they have ceased communication after giving me a bogus delivery date. I paid through Paypal and DirectGB do not show on the payment, but a company called PD Building Supplies which, when I looked them up at companies house, appear to have ceased trading in 2015. I have requested a refund and they have not replied. Do not go near DirectGB.

Ordered a summerhouse 6 months ago, and i was promised they would deliver it in August and then a different date in September - both of which were lies as the delivering company shire sheds had no record of us on the system.
I asked for a full refund on the 2nd October and have still not received a refund notification - to get in touch with someone who works there is so difficult, emails get ignored, honestly never dealt with a worse company.
I was a bit sceptical about ordering…
I was a bit sceptical about ordering from Direct GB, due to all the negative reviews, but as they had the Orleans TV Unit and Coffee Table at a good price and were also offering a 10% discount, I took a punt and ordered from them. This was on the 3rd October. The estimated delivery date on their website was 5 - 7 working days, so I sent a message using their chat on the 5th working day, but got directed to the Shop App. I downloaded the app and my order was showing on there, as waiting fulfilment. The following day it still showed as waiting fulfilment, so I used the chat on their website, but got no response. At this point I did think that maybe I shouldn't of ordered from them, but I thought I would email them and within 3 minutes of sending the email I received a response to let me know that the furniture would be delivered on the Friday of that week, the 13th. Friday morning I hadn't heard about a delivery time and had no tracking details so I called the phone line, but only able to leave a voicemail, so I emailed again. Within 5 mins I received notification of tracking numbers, at that point I knew I wouldn't be getting the delivery on the Friday. Around midday I received another email to say that the delivery wouldn't now take place until the Monday (16th) which I thought okay only a extra working day to wait, but Saturday morning I received a text message from Yodel to say the delivery would take place that morning. Around 10:30 the courier knocked on my door and delivered the furniture. The furniture is wonderful and of good quality, so although I had to do a lot of chasing, I received the items after 9 working days, so with it being a couple of days after the estimated date, the response time to the email and the quality and price of the furniture I decided to write this review and give them a score of 3 out of 5. It would of been higher but for the lack of response to the chat function on their website and not being able to speak to someone when I called.

Ordered an item on 21st Sept and still not received it. I've tried calling but no one answers your call and then you get diverted to a full voicemail box. Sent an email a week ago, no reply. Tried their chat function yesterday but again no response. Is there anybody actually there. Avoid this company like the plague!

Genoa bench seat ordered
Genoa bench seat ordered 5-7 days lead time. It took 18 days to arrive. I emailed the distributor directly yesterday to say I was leaving feedback today and asking for a credit card chargeback, I had an email to say it was dispatched 1 hour later. Arrived today and item is what we wanted. I’m not sure who is to blame, the seller or the distributor.
