I placed an order on 21st January and got a confirmation email but no subsequent email to say it had been dispatched and no update on the order was showing in the Shop app. I contacted them on 29th January and got a reply to say 'it will be delivered this Thursday'. Thursday came and went and here I am almost a week later with no item. I am seeking a charge back through my bank as I do not believe they have any intention of fulfilling my order

This company should have their trading licence revoked.

I placed, and paid for, an order in October. A month later nothing had arrived and after many emails and calls I received a brief email to say there would be a refund. It never happened and the company has since ignored all subsequent emails and messages.

Having given them every opportunity to resolve it, I now plan to pursue this further through trading standards and the credit card company.

The worst company I have ever had to deal with!! Would give them zero stars, but this isn't an option. Customer service team is non existent, still waiting on my item a month after expected delivery date. Terrible, avoid at all costs!! Anything over 1 stars must be a fake review. *update* had to go through my bank to get a refund, still no reply from this sham of a company!!

I echo everything the other 1 star reviews have said, they take your money don't deliver and then don't respond to any communication. I am reporting them to trading standards who should close them down

Absolute rip off merchants ,they take your money then just ignore you ,they ignore requests for refunds send no goods and dont have a contactable customer services,i am reporting them to my bank for fraudulent transactions ,their facebook is full of other customers who have also been ripped off, avoid them ,they are so bad they have disabled google reviews for their company ,any negative posts on their FB page get deleted pretty quickly ,absolute bandits do not give them any money they are theives.

This company is a disgrace. They offer goods for sale that are non existent and then do not refund money paid. Emails are either not answered or delaying tactics employed. They never answer the phone and voicemail box is full. Having paid hundreds of pounds and received nothing in return hardly justifies one star! AVOID.

This is a fake business, they will take your money and do not deliver. Contacted the bank to open a case. Do not under any circumstances order from them!

This company is fantastic! I did, as many other reviewers did, made a purchase on their website before reading the reviews. I instantly regretted it and emailed them to cancel. They responded immediately (and it was a Sunday) and asked me to give them a chance to show how good their service is. I agreed and did not regret it. The cabinet I bought on that Sunday was delivered two days later (today) by DHL. It was carefully packaged and completely perfect when I opened the box. The quality is amazing and their price was better than anyone else’s. I encourage you to give them a go, I have no complaints whatsoever.

should be done for theft,takes money does not deliver and ignores comms,paid for a bread maker in nov still nothing end of jan.

Do not buy, from here.12 weeks in no order delivered,no message, u cannot get thru via phone,no reply email.im a £100 down.im having to get on to my bank,& in touch wiv ombudsman.i saved Hard for a new cabinet .& they've just blown me out.

Ordered a wardrobe on 18/01 to still have no further response from the company. None existent customer service and no reply to emails so I think other than dragging myself to the store I’m going to try and get a refund. Avoid this company I wish I read reviews first!

I wish I’d looked at Trust Pilot before buying from this rogue company.
Similar story to many others on here. Ordered a slow cooker on 9 Dec. By 15th no delivery. Tried to phone Direct GB, complete waste of time. Eventually they replied to an email that it would be delivered on 22nd. Nothing. Asked for refund. 3 weeks later email saying refund had been processed but after 10 days still no refund in my bank account. I then found out that I could claim the money back through my bank, did so & it was in my account same day. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ( if it actually exists ??)

Same as all the other reviews. Ordered before Xmas. No delivery. No response. Criminal.

Breadmaker ordered on 7th Dec - never arrived despite chasing and being promised. Refund requested on 8th Jan - also not yet received (now 22/1) - reported to trading standards

I wish it were possible to give zero. This company is a scam. Do not use.

I purchased a product on 3rd December. No product arrived yet they’ve taken my money. I keep requesting a refund but there’s always an excuse. For 2 months I’ve been chasing. An awful company.

Fast delivery and great service

Ordered a Christmas tree after Christmas, great bargain great price! waited for about a week but still no signs of delivery. Contacted customer service and they replied quickly. The tree was sent via DHL and arrived in a couple of days. Havent opened the box though, straight to the loft! Hope the tree would be alright when we open it this Christmas

Do not use this company.. i placed a order on the 26.11.23 … took my money!! No item and promised me several delivery dates! Took ages to reply emails.. then said i was getting a refund.. i am still waiting! This company is not legit!
