Kept my credit card details and made 46 transactions on it
Ordered concrete and screed from this company (2 transactions), when my credit card statement arrived it showed 48 transactions had been made by direct mini mix, ranging from £18 to £1,380. They had kept my credit card number and overcharged me by £5216.80, they have now refunded £5172.45 but are disputing the additional amount even though I have shown them the entry on my statement. You would imagine that after they have seen the ineptitude of their accounts system they would not rely of the information provided by that and repay us the money due to us as seen on our statement. We have had to cancel our credit card to prevent them from taking anymore money, this has resulted in transactions we made before we discovered this been rejected causing us to lose our food delivery during the lockdown. They say they have a new system and are blaming that, my question is, why did they retain my credit card details without me authoring them to do that. If you use this company please check your credit card statements carefully.
